Received misleading mail regarding need for auto coverage. Company is a scam, should be shut down.
Scam! Sent me a letter about my covet expiring. Also said they reserve the right to revoke my coverage for 5 days! This is fraud. Someone turn their a** in and forbid them from doing this and give them some very much deserved jail time! Zero stars!
They sent out a letter with absolutely no business name attached, but all of my cars information, making me think this was my dealership reaching out to extend. I set everything up, stupid I know, and then found out the company name from an email I got. I realized this wasnt what I thought it was and cancelled not even 24hrs later, after being hung up on my numerous employees (reported my card as stolen too as I saw many reviews saying these people will continue to charge you). This is the worst company to EVER give your hard earned money to they will fight to any claim you make when something goes wrong with your car. I had a engine fail and I have the gold warranty they denied the claim I've paid over 2k to them in 19 months and everything I wanted fix they denied which caused my engine to fail. So now I no longer have a running car plus I have to make payments to a car I thought was covered with a good warranty... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY look else where!!!!!!

Scam. They send a letter making it look like its coming from the manufacturer. Says its urgent. I dont believe any of the positive reviews are real people. Im sure its just them.

I received a letter in the mail today )1-18-2024, from what I thought was the lexus company. It had my name and address. It also had my entire vehicle information, minus VIN number. I called the number and was to it was from Eleras Automotive Group. They were offering to sell me a vehicle service plan. The letter initially said to call and activate the service plan, which makes a person think it came from lexus. Zero stars. They started off by sending a predatory letter that matched some of the information on my actual warranty but advised that I hadn't activated my warranty yet and needed to do so before an arbitrary deadline. After getting scammed into taking out a 2nd auto warranty, I tried to cancel over the phone but they kept pushing me to keep my policy with them.
