Definitely a scam, trying to fool you into thinking that it's from your manufacturer. No real company name on it, and it says "penalty for private use" which is another way they're trying to trick people.
What a joke! Customer service from this company is just awful. My experience with the sales agent was very unfortunate as he seemed very annoyed when I wanted to ask questions and details about what was covered and what was not. I called back a second time to ask more questions, and he was annoyed that I was asking more questions, and said to refer to my contractual agreement, which did not answer my questions. I think this is a scam. First, I receive letters with no return address. Not illegal, but not very business like. Upon opening the letter, there is NO BUSINESS NAME anywhere in the letter. Just how bad is the compny that they don't to let you know who they are? So I called and asked, "Just who are you? There is no information in your letter". She answered something I didn't understand. Received a scam letter. The letter had no business information on it, only my vehicle information and a number to call. Upon investigation it is clearly a scam and very unscrupulous. These people should be ashamed of their for ripping of vulnerable people and the elderly. I know the poor flying monkeys will reply with some rediculous narcissistic derived comment trying to claim legitimacy, but this company is anything but legitimate. I hope this helps someone.

It seems to me that everyone who is responded has not complaining they didn't get what they bought instead they're complaining that the sales people were aggressive. I'm wondering what world they live in that sales people are not aggressive. Instead of doing their leg work and investigating and researching what a service contract is versus a warranty they want to complain because they didn't understand. Eleras group sent me a letter saying my warranty expired... I have 8,000 miles on a 2022. Then they said that they were the company that we signed with when we bought the vehicle. It is a full on scam.

This is clearly a scam. I called and got connected to someone who was really rude, talked really fast and was trying to get over on me. I asked why the person was quoting me a price when I already have a warranty. He got really condescending and rude with me when I started asking questions about how it worked. I didn't feel like being treated rudely when I'm calling THEM and they are clearly trying to sell ME something. Why would you be rude? It makes no sense. It set me whole mood off. Definite SCAM artists. They need to be prosecuted for misleading the public with their "Vehicle Services Division" letters. They have small offices throughout the US so it makes it harder to have a state attorney general take them on. People like this make it their life effort to operate in the grey area of law. My message to them would be to get a legitimate career that benefits the public before it is too late.
