This is a complete scam, they tried to run my card three times to take my money. I called to see who this company was and what the charge was for a man by the name of ****** answered and was so unprofessional asking if I was dressing up for Halloween, just steering away from my questions, and then disconnected the call. They didn't want to speak or tell me what this charge was for.
I called this company several times to ask to stop calling and mailing their threatening letters to me to sign up for additional coverage on my vechicle. I also asked to speak with ***** ****** the program coordinator and is constantly being told hes not available and then hung up on. I would never do business with this company due to rude and poor customer service.

They are scammers! They dont hold up there end of the bargain when its time! Theyll send you in a loop for hours. When you start asking questions with customer service its like they get a brain fog and dont know what to say or do. Ive been making payments and My car needed repairs and moral of the story it never happened! I was scammed.

Yes I to was trying to cancel my account and they kept on an on just give it 30 days then I read the reviews saying when u tell them to cancel it they don't until u are charged next month so I just canceled my account BAD BUSINESS
Letter came in the mail about the warranty on my car was going to expire and that they were with the dealership where my car was purchased. Called this company and the amount agreed upon was not honored and the payment was *************** refuses to cancel this policy so I've had to freeze my banking card and dispute the charges. The past week this company has tried several times to push payment that is almost triple the amount.I want my name removed and so called policy cancelled!

This group sends out official looking info about your car needing a service contract that looks official & my 96 year old mother paid them thinking it was from the dealer they have their car leased through.
