Letter came in the mail about the warranty on my car was going to expire and that they were with the dealership where my car was purchased. Called this company and the amount agreed upon was not honored and the payment was *************** refuses to cancel this policy so I've had to freeze my banking card and dispute the charges. The past week this company has tried several times to push payment that is almost triple the amount.I want my name removed and so called policy cancelled!

Business response:

To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention regarding your experience with our business. We do have a cancellation policy and need for you to call customer service to cancel. They will help you with that. Please call ************. Thank you.

This group sends out official looking info about your car needing a service contract that looks official & my 96 year old mother paid them thinking it was from the dealer they have their car leased through. When I called the company to have the coverage stopped, the man speaking with me was sarcastic & rude. Asking if my parents wanted the contract stopped or me. He then began telling me I was interrupting him & being disrespectful. I hung up & will deal with the credit card company fraud department. I really don't want to l... read more

Deceiving letters in the mail and request information over the phone. Luckily, I asked a lot of questions before offering my private info. One of the things I did was call my deal shop to confirm the company name given over the phone. They were not familiar with the name. Please ask questions before you give any personal information. It does not seem safe.

I made a mistake and turns out that I don't need this coverage. I kept getting letters from them and thought they were affiliated with the dealership where I bought my new car in October and that it was something I had to do. I already have a 6-7 year warranty on the car and I also have car insurance. Again, I must emphasize that the letters I was receiving I thought was official correspondence and was something I needed to do. Upon closer investigation, it turns out that it wasn't. When I called the customer service number ... read more

This company is a complete scam that will pose as your car company. I received a legitimate-looking letter in the mail that claimed they were from ****** and that I needed to give them a call to maintain my current warranty. After calling them, they quickly rope you into paying for their coverage and do not state the company name until after they receive your payment information. Luckily then I got a bad feeling and told them I no longer wanted to go through with the policy. This is sickening that they somehow received my ad... read more

Eleras Automotive Group Letter from them said I had not activated my extended warranty on my 2024 GMC with 1750 miles even though I have full coverage on it now. Luckily I found out right after I purchased it and closed the credit card account before they had a chance to get it approved. The letter had GMC all over it and also had my vin number of my truck! They are total scammers and should be shut down and brought up on charges for targeting the elderly people!!

Business response:

To Whom It May ***************** can assure you that we are a legitimate company. The letter you received is an offer to get your vehicle covered with a vehicle service contract. I can also assure you that we do not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices. If you would like to have your name removed from the list please call the number provided on the letter and we will more than happy to take care of that. Thank you.
