The correct price of their insurance was never reveled to me clearly. The agent was very rude when I asked detailed questions and he by passed my questions. I finally got it cancelled but it wasnt easy. Beware of extra fees!

Eleras sent my grandmother coverage notices about her vehicle via mail. Her vehicle has 7k miles on it and 2 service contracts through her dealer which were purchased at the time she purchased her vehicle. She did not need this scam service contract that they charged her $159.00 for and planned to for another 2 years.

These use fraud and deception to make you believe they are a 3rd party from a major car manufacturer. THEY ARE NOT! And to cancel coverage is beyond terrible! **************** is twice as bad!!!

Was scammed into a warranty and am unable to contact and cancel. Have lost hundreds of dollars.

Run for the hills! Do not seek out this company for any form of vehicle coverage plan, They will charge you and make it very difficult to fulfill any claims you file. When I tried to cancel (because I already had coverage through my primary insurer for the same services) I spoke to three representatives, all of which who tried to stall me, wear me down or just block my simple request. The low value of the coverages combined with the very bad customer service makes for the perfect storm of a terrible company to partner with. ... read more

Okay,I made a call earlier today on June 9, 2025. The call was to cancel my vehicle warranty plan which the agent at the end said it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. I brang my car to Ford Monday the 19th. They told me what work needed to be fixed, I was preapproved for services that with Elarea that Monday but they wanted to look at the car themselves Wednesday which they did. After waiting 48hours like you guys suggested I called on the 27, 28 which yesterday was in the last process at 1pm….here we are another day still nothing in the system is updated. I was sold an extended auto protection plan for my 2024 ******* Tucson, covering the period from the end of the 5th year through the end of the 7th year, for what I was told was a total price of $179. This company is committing the worst of sins; taking advantage of senior citizens. I just received a letter from them in the form of a phony check for $225. And stating that Immediate "Response Requested"..."Our records indicate that YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your coverage.""We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days."This is just horrible. The Eleras Group is trying to con old people.They should be fined and put in jail.
