Company is a scammer. They send letters to seniors to prey on their vulnerabilities. The letter tries to scare them into acting hastily and fall into a trap. Thank god my mother was smart enough. SHAME ON THEM!!

Received a snail mail which was actually from Eleris , but their name didn't appear anywhere on the letter and the letter was crafted to look like a letter from my car manufacturer implying that I needed to contact them to keep my warranty current. This business engages in dishonest commercial activities. In an attempt to offer you their services, they send you a letter presenting an official look from ****** and stating the specifications of your vehicle. The name of the company is never mentioned in the letter. They inquire about your no longer having manufacturer warranty servicing when you phone this number on the letter. I've been receiving mailed notices that my auto warranty was expiring on a Dodge Journey, that I have never bought. I called The Eleras Auto group to notify that I do not own the vehicle, the gentleman said that he would take me off the list. BEWARE!!! These guys are crooks! Just bought a used vehicle and purchased a warranty from the dealership. The I receive a very official looking notice from this company saying I had 5 days to act or lose coverage. Nothing but a scam! They prey on people to make money by scaring you into thinking you have no coverage. Always check with your dealership! Shame on this awful company. Go out and earn an honest living and stop taking advantage of hard working people.

Eleras Group is a predatory, dishonest and deceitful company with shady business practices. They made it see like they work with your manufacturer when they do not. I called to cancel my policy within the 30 day window and cited their horrible reviews to which I was told "the company that I'm signed up with has great reviews". This place scammed me also. Can't get ahold of them and their website doesn't work. They took 500 dollars from. Can't even look at the fake policy they gave me, because the policy number doesn't work. Can't get ahold of anyone to sort this out. Going to try to report this as fraud to my bank.
