I am being harassed by this company! They have sent me postal mail about my Lexus stating my service contract is not activated. I called Lexus and they said my platinum service contract is activated with Lexus and to just ignore mail coming from Eleras Group ** license #********* do not know how ********************** got my address and info on my car. They need to STOP sending me mail constantly! Its harassment!

This company has sent me multiple letters stating :Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, if you will be responsible for paying any repairs. Received a letter, called to have my name removed from mail. I asked to speak with a supervisor was told by representative he needed my customer **. I asked where the ** was located He responded with if you have called before you should know where th ** is located. If I could give zero stars, I would! I have been receiving multiple mailed correspondence from this company completely unsolicited. It would maybe not seem like a scam if they bothered to 1. Use my correct legal name. And 2. Used a car I even own! I get multiple weekly mailings about a car that I do not and have never owned. They even send checks which are obviously fake as well. Do not fall for this nonsense

They send predatory letters on pink paper claiming your warranty is expired on your vehicle to get you to give them your private information. A letter with no business name or address. They tried to deceive me into buying an extended warranty because my brand new trucks warranty was "expired" 1 month after I drove off the lot. They also sent a new letter claiming a vehicle I've never owned warranty is expiring now. On bright pink paper trying to trick people. I received an offensive/threatening letter with no letterhead to show Eleras Automotive Group and no address for me to respond "in writing" to. So I called the 888 number shown and told the man I wanted the name of his company and the address. He mumbled Aleros or airless or something almost unintelligible and said to look it up on line and call for an address -- and he hung up on me. Scammers..."Immediate Response requested", "Official Business".....Penalty for private use, $300. What a bunch of **......so say my dead mother (3 years ago) got this notice (got it yesterday) scarring her into thinking she didn't have insurance on her car that was 3 CARS AGO. I've called and asked that my dead mothers name be removed from their mailings,,,,did they? That would be a fat NO. If there was a minus star, it would be minus 10 stars.

Definitely a scam, trying to fool you into thinking that it's from your manufacturer. No real company name on it, and it says "penalty for private use" which is another way they're trying to trick people.

They repeatedly keep calling me despite my repeated response of "please stop calling me". Every time they reply back with "I didn't know". Then the next day, I will get another phone call. The most recent call, I asked them for the name of the company, which they replied to. Then I asked for their name and then hung up on me. I called them back three time, each time they hung up on me.
