A scam company that sends misleading mailers out to older demographic areas implying you have a warranty with them and trying to sell you a extension. The company name is hidden by only mentioning it once in very small print at the bottom of the letter and the mail mimics a recall notice to get you to open it. Not normal business practices. I assume all the glowing reviews here are posted by the company.
Business response:
To Whom This May ******** The mailer sent out is just a notification letting you know that your factory warranty is about to expire or is expired. You are welcome to discard it or call us to have us remove you from the mailing list completely. If you would like us to remove you from the list completely please call us at ************ and provide us with the code on the upper left hand side of the notification. Thank you and have a nice day.
Received a letter from Eleas -- had to look at the small print and only found a name. A legit company with a legit offer would make it clear who they are. This letter implies they have tried to call me. I get scam calls from any number of car warranty scams and they never say what company they are from. Again, a legit company would tell you who they are. This letter also implies I have a current warranty with them -- I DON'T! I refuse to call this company so they can turn around and say the I do business with them and then ha... read more
Im not sure how this company got our information. The letter we received includes threatening verbiage (in all caps, underline, and bold print) such as Final Notice, Final Attempt to Notify, Official Business- Penalty for Private Use, Financially Liable, Call Immediately, Extremely Urgent and Time Sensitive. I previously worked as a corporate trainer for a large extended warranty company in FL and knew what to look for and what is inappropriate. I would like to be immediately removed from the mailing and or call list. I also... read more

To Whom This May ******** The letter you received is just an offer to purchase additional coverage, if you are not interested in doing so then we will make sure you are removed from any mailing lists moving forward. We will take you off of any future mailing list if you please provide us with the customer ID on your notice.Sorry for the inconvenience the notice may have caused you.
I have been hounded and harrassed by this company by phone calls and letter, telling me that my warranty is about to expire. I was pretty sure it was a scam, because I pay for my warranty in my monthly car loan payment;******** ********** ****** would do something about this! it will continue until my loan is paid off. (I took out a six year loan.) I called my loan company to verify this fact. They said yes, they receive many calls. Customers are harrased, and unfortunately, some fall for it and end up paying for a warranty ... read more
Had to google and come to this site to find an address; Agreed with every review but would never do this business online when my own dealer is 2 miles away...... Whatever Eleras believes, the letter IS deliberately misleading... glad I took it to my DEALER.\ NOT a Customer and won't be ... go ahead and say so in your response.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: We apologize for any misunderstanding the mail offer may have given you. This is for the long term break down coverage for your vehicle. We offer coverage through A rated administrators with the BBB. These administrators have paid over 1 billion in claims. We have no affiliation with the dealership, however, the policies offered are good nationwide. If you wish to be removed from all of our mailing lists, please provide the customer ID code on the notice and you will be removed. Again, we apologize ... read more

To Whom This May Concern: After reviewing Ms. ******'s policy information from 06/10/21, it seems that it was communicated to Ms. ****** that her claim was not denied by the administrator (*****) and they were simply requesting service records for the vehicle. Ms. ****** understood and said that she would attempt to gather those records. On 06/15/21, she called back in with more questions regarding her claim. Our representative told her the same as before, that they needed service records to proceed with the claim. She under... read more
I think they need to stop sending mail to me or I'll be sending law enforcement to their personal residences with restraining orders.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: Please provide us with the customer code on your notice that you received and we will gladly remove you from all mailing lists. We can't speak for other companies that may send you an offer to purchase coverage. If you receive any further unwanted notifications, disregard them in the trash can. Again, provide us with the customer code and you won't receive any more mail from our company. We hope you have a wonderful day.
Wow the disrespect I received when I told the man on the phone I was NOT interested in his warranty for my car! First off, there needs to be something on the card stating this is from an outside source and not the place you purchased your vehicle. I thought something was wrong with the warranty I already purchased when I got my car. The phone representative was such a jerk and I told him I was not dealing with his harassment and to take me off his list!
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: You have been removed from our mailing list. We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. All our calls are recorded for quality assurance and training, we will make sure the call is reviewed and handle the situation accordingly.
