This is the worst company to EVER give your hard earned money to they will fight to any claim you make when something goes wrong with your car. I had a engine fail and I have the gold warranty they denied the claim I've paid over 2k to them in 19 months and everything I wanted fix they denied which caused my engine to fail. So now I no longer have a running car plus I have to make payments to a car I thought was covered with a good warranty... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY look else where!!!!!!

Scam. They send a letter making it look like its coming from the manufacturer. Says its urgent. I dont believe any of the positive reviews are real people. Im sure its just them.

I received a letter in the mail today )1-18-2024, from what I thought was the lexus company. It had my name and address. It also had my entire vehicle information, minus VIN number. I called the number and was to it was from Eleras Automotive Group. They were offering to sell me a vehicle service plan. The letter initially said to call and activate the service plan, which makes a person think it came from lexus. Zero stars. They started off by sending a predatory letter that matched some of the information on my actual warranty but advised that I hadn't activated my warranty yet and needed to do so before an arbitrary deadline. After getting scammed into taking out a 2nd auto warranty, I tried to cancel over the phone but they kept pushing me to keep my policy with them. 0 stars. Predatory, misleading, scam. Scum of the earth company. If I was elderly I probably wouldve been fooled by their tactics. Telling you you have X amount of time to call them and its a final notice. Very bottom of letter in light grey print it says its an advertisement, theyre very clearly trying to fool innocent people and take advantage of the elderly/vulnerable people who believe their letter is legitimate/official.
