I just got the threatening pink card that makes it sound as though my brand new vehicle Warranty would lapse. This should not presented on a brand new vehicle. And the company knows it's brand new because the card has the year of the vehicle. Which is this year.
After I figured out what it really was, I called to cancel as I didnt need an extended warranty. After she kept raising her voice and kept arguing with me why I was canceling and that I wouldnt back down. She said I would be refunded in 10 days and hung up. I will definitely keep a close watch if I get refunded.
I got a sketchy almost 'official looking' type of pink slip notice that my warranty was about to run out and to act fast, despite the fact that I just got the car and activated a brand new warranty. Being a new car buyer and outright dumb I went through with the call and gave them information to charge me for a down-payment, and a 5 YEAR plan. Glad all issues were solved. They reimbursed me for $395 initial payment and put stop to the other recurrent payments for $200+ . When I realized it was a scam( they send me a letter with my car lease company logoI called my company and **** not sent me anything. I called Eleras again . In order to keep me the lowered my monthly payments from 200 to 74 dollars plus. The customer reps are rude and they try to convince the customer that are not scam. I am beyond furious with this company. My car has been in the shop since the 2nd week of June and it is now the second week of August. I have lost my job do to lack of transportation. They only cover up to $250 for a rental which is about a week. My dealership just gave me a car 3 days ago. They keep ordering faulty parts to put in my car that are not working. If I could give it no stars I would this company has harassed us has called us names refuses to stop calling. We tried to cancel our policy and all they do is consistently call from different numbers we blocked so far at least five numbers from this company and they still consistently call. Theyve also done auto withdrawals after we requested our policy to be canceled we have now had to close banking accounts and re-open accounts because of this company.

Tried to cancel my agreement after just two hours and when I mentioned cancel they acted like they could not hear me. This happened twice with two different people. Then their phone number went dead! I canceled my credit card that I used with them. They told me they were affiliated with GMC which is a lie.

Continuously getting threatening to cancel past due notifies. Ive had to take a screen shot of my ******************* pay showing precisely when theyll get their money. I too, have spoken with customer service, and I was ALSO asked a bunch of questions. I was even told to ignore the text that threatened to cancel I was told its an automated text.Im done!I went online and sent an email message cancelling my policy effective immediately. Im tired of getting negative texts.

Another vote for scam.They convinced my mom with Alzheimer's to sign up for coverage with a $4000 bill. When I called to cancel the person would not accept any logic for cancelling it, refused to give their full name, and refused to transfer us to a manager.
