They send predatory letters on pink paper claiming your warranty is expired on your vehicle to get you to give them your private information. A letter with no business name or address. They tried to deceive me into buying an extended warranty because my brand new trucks warranty was "expired" 1 month after I drove off the lot. They also sent a new letter claiming a vehicle I've never owned warranty is expiring now. On bright pink paper trying to trick people. I received an offensive/threatening letter with no letterhead to show Eleras Automotive Group and no address for me to respond "in writing" to. So I called the 888 number shown and told the man I wanted the name of his company and the address. He mumbled Aleros or airless or something almost unintelligible and said to look it up on line and call for an address -- and he hung up on me. Scammers..."Immediate Response requested", "Official Business".....Penalty for private use, $300. What a bunch of **......so say my dead mother (3 years ago) got this notice (got it yesterday) scarring her into thinking she didn't have insurance on her car that was 3 CARS AGO. I've called and asked that my dead mothers name be removed from their mailings,,,,did they? That would be a fat NO. If there was a minus star, it would be minus 10 stars.

They repeatedly keep calling me despite my repeated response of "please stop calling me". Every time they reply back with "I didn't know". Then the next day, I will get another phone call. The most recent call, I asked them for the name of the company, which they replied to. Then I asked for their name and then hung up on me. I called them back three time, each time they hung up on me. What a joke! Customer service from this company is just awful. My experience with the sales agent was very unfortunate as he seemed very annoyed when I wanted to ask questions and details about what was covered and what was not. I called back a second time to ask more questions, and he was annoyed that I was asking more questions, and said to refer to my contractual agreement, which did not answer my questions. I think this is a scam. First, I receive letters with no return address. Not illegal, but not very business like. Upon opening the letter, there is NO BUSINESS NAME anywhere in the letter. Just how bad is the compny that they don't to let you know who they are? So I called and asked, "Just who are you? There is no information in your letter". She answered something I didn't understand. Received a scam letter. The letter had no business information on it, only my vehicle information and a number to call. Upon investigation it is clearly a scam and very unscrupulous. These people should be ashamed of their for ripping of vulnerable people and the elderly. I know the poor flying monkeys will reply with some rediculous narcissistic derived comment trying to claim legitimacy, but this company is anything but legitimate. I hope this helps someone.
