Scammers. I was in a weak place mentally and fell for the car warranty scam. I should have known better when they went from a downpayment of 300 dollars down to 100 as a student discount, without having any proof of my student status. Dumb of me, but oh well. I had to order a new debit card and after arguing with someone at Eleras for about 10 minutes - he would not take 'no' for an answer - he hung up on me. BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL!!!!!!!! I wish I did my research before calling because then I'd still have $249.00 in my pocket still. But tried calling back to cancel my platinum coverage but they were closed already. Then called back on the pink slip because it says closes at 7pm and it already said closed to call back tomorrow / Monday. They really know how to ******* people into this warranty thing, but honestly do your research before accepting please. Will be calling tomorrow to get my refund.

They scammed my 89 year old mother Into giving her a credit card by lying to her and telling her she HAD to pay for this for her brand new lease car on warranty. It just happened so Im working on making sure the company cancelled the charge of $380 as asked and we are going to block this company on her credit cards. Shame on these people. Trying to scam little old ladies!
It is the biggest scam out there. Why can these people be out there taking money from people who really do work

They talked my father into a $2K warranty for a KEY FOB replacement. My dad and I called and talked to ****** on 3/29/22 to cancel this bogus warranty and this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had or witnessed. **** talked down to me and my dad..even suggesting that my dad was only doing this because I told him to. We received a letter from Buick stating our 3 year /36K mile coverage was about to expire. The letterhead looked like it was official, so we called to extend our coverage. I took the car into Buick for it's standard oil change and tire rotation and the Service Rep to me that our car have a 96 Month /100K warranty on it with a zero deductible, so they would look everything over. A scam company, They target the elderly, they talk real fast with there selling pitch, & in doing so the person gets confused. They say they are AAA ACCRETED, which is a lie. Trying to cancel & be refunded is a joke, they just keep talking over you, Be Firm & cancel!!
