Horrible liars!!! I had this company for a few months. I decided to cancel and go with a different company. I called Elaras they assured I would get the balance of my monies I had already paid after pro-rating. I was told it would take 60 business days to go thru the process. That was October 25, 2022 and today is March 11, 2023. I keep getting the run around each time I call. I'm not sure the balance I am owed . I'm thinking at least one thousand dollars at minimum! This is the by far the worst company I have ever came across… Fake dealership post card with FALSE INFO and failed to tell me it’s 149.00 a month after realizing that once I received my package. They made it sound like it’s a one time payment. Postcard mailers designed to look like it came from Toyota so the owners will believe that they are going to loose their already paid for service contract will become null and void if you don't respond to the postcard.

According to the wording on the mailer that was posted to us, my wife was under the impression that this was a genuine Kia service contract. I looked them up online, and found out it is a scam. I spoke to the most argumentative person it has ever been my misfortune to talk to whilst trying to cancel, and he was very rude. Please cancel the contract that you have scammed us out of! It is a disgrace that company's like this are able to operate.

Spoke to a Sr. rep who said they were a marijuana and fentanyl user. YIKES X100
When this scammer called, they answered with a completely different name than their caller ID. They then insisted to speak with my mother saying that I was the "secondary number." There's only one problem with this. She didn't even know who they were. I immediately called back just to call them out on their bull and THEN they answered by "Eleras Automotive Group." I had to do multiple complaints with various regulatory agencies regarding the continual communication with a family member who is on the Do Not Call Registry and the DMAChoices list to not receive marketing mail. I would like a copy of the DNC policy which should be readily available for public consumption.
