I had to do multiple complaints with various regulatory agencies regarding the continual communication with a family member who is on the Do Not Call Registry and the DMAChoices list to not receive marketing mail. I would like a copy of the DNC policy which should be readily available for public consumption. Eleras sent a mailer to my home without indication that it was from Eleras, and branded it in such a way to make it seem that it was sent from my car dealership ********* They framed the extended warranty as something I needed to *activate* rather than *buy* which made sense because I had agreed to buy one from ****** earlier.When I called them to set it up, they repeatedly suggested that they were with ****** (they are a third party) and never introduced themselves as Eleras.When I found out I had been tricked with deceptiv... read more

I already have coverage through the company that manufactured my car. These dolts will not stop calling me, harassing me, and mailing letters and notices that say I need this coverage from their supposed Vehicle Service Department. I finally called them to get them to leave me alone. I spoke with a young gentleman who had a very difficult time communicating with me, so much so, that I believed that the company was off shore. This company is a scam and should be investigated. They sell bogus factory warranty extensions and refuse to let customers cancel… phone calls include harassment and bullying. Stay far away.

I'm not sure who tf this company is, but they tried scaring me with a letter about a vehicle I purchased. The only thing I can do is laugh because I haven't purchased a vehicle since almost 10 yrs ago and is paid off already plus I already have a vehicle warranty from a very superb company who I deal with when my vehicle needs fixing. So for them to try and do this to people is a major scam. I hope not many believe the shit they're trying to do because they're false. Misleading letters saying. “you are receiving this notice because your factory warranty has expired, or may be about to expire, “by neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires”, “we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage if you do not meet our criteria” After I agreed and was charged for the first payment, I found that my warranty had not expired. I am on the phone right now with the company ELERAS GROUP to cancel the contract. I already have a 7yr, 100,000 miles warranty so didn’t need it. APMTPY CAR IS A 2022 model with 4000 miles. The woman on the line was so rude and condescending that it made me angry. She hung up on me and accuse me of hanging when I was wearing an earphone and the cell was on a table away from me.
