On time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Merz answered my questions and recommended follow up treatment.
Dr. Merz always comes in knowing my history. He answers my questions and takes as much time as I need to discuss my issues. I never feel rushed and I always feel listened to.
Dr. Merz always greets me courteously, and takes time to sit down and explain test results or ask about symptoms. It is always a two-way conversation; he listens very well, asks questions and responds to my concerns. He is patient, professional, and thorough, and never appears rushed. Dr. Merz performed a revision total hip replacement on me one year ago. I am completely satisfied with his care and treatment before, during and after the surgery. I have had several surgeries, all orthopedic, in the past several years from 5 different surgeons. Dr.Merz is the most personable and caring of them all. He is attentive and answers questions thoroughly. You cannot go wrong with choosing him for your care.
