All staff were very pleasant. The wait was reasonable. Dr Merz is very focused, I felt that he was listening and hearing me with no rushing. This was my first visit. I think I was lucky to have been referred to a doctor I can stick with for whatever happens with my knee.
I made an appointment for a second opinion for hip pain. When his nurse took us to the exam room, she told us she already had our records from the other institution. I was amazed by her thoughtfulness. She said she likes to look at Dr Merz's future appointments and secure records from other institutions before patient appointments.When Dr. Merz came into the exam room, he was familiar with all my records, including a one-page summary I had prepared for his review. Dr Merz replaced my very bad knee. Although he said it was complicated and had to use a robotic arm it went well.
Dr. Merz solved the problem that has plagued me for years and was undiagnosed by others. I will soon be having surgery on my femur. Many, many thanks to a fantastic doctor! Ruthann
