My appointment was on time and any questions I had were answered patiently. I did not feel rushed at all.
Easy to talk to and explained what was going on with my knee and where to start with helping me feel better.

My appointment with Dr. Merz was very informative. He is compassionate towards his patients and seems genuinely concerned. Dr. Merz explained the procedure for my surgery and understood that I was apprehensive about having the surgery. He helped to assure me that it was necessary and I was going to have a better quality of life after the operation. Dr. Merz concern and his wonderful bedside manner! I've had almost 14 surgeries in my 69 yesterday! From open heart surgery to hammer toe surgery! I have never met a physician who Really Listens!
