Dr Merz is on top of his game. He is doing what God has gifted him to do. He is kind and has a great bedside manner. He listens and truly cares that you have a great outcome. He is very experienced, and has confidence in his abilities as a surgeon. Every time I called his office, they were pleasant, and I was called back promptly.

I love that Dr. Merz takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. None of my appointments felt rushed. My hip surgery was successful and I am living my life pain free.

Dr Merz is patient and gives his undivided attention to work with me to resolve my chronic pain issues after partial knee replacement 6 months ago. He never makes me feel rushed or down plays my symptoms and continues to offer viable options to resolve. I highly recommend him as your partner with joint care!
Dr. Merz patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about knee replacement surgery. I had his full attention and never had the feeling that I was just another patient that he had to get out of the way in order to move along to the next one. That alone is worth a 5-star rating.
