Dr. Merz displayed real interest in my condition, listened to my concerns and took care of my issue. His professionalism and honesty are terrific.
Dr Merz was friendly, very easy to talk with, and he spent the time to diagnose my issues and to recommend treatment. It was particularly useful to have him interpret my X-rays to pinpoint the problems.
He is an outstanding surgeon who is personable with a great bedside manner. He takes his time to answer questions and seems genuinely concerned. I highly recommend him.

Great Surgeon and very personable
My appointment was on time and any questions I had were answered patiently. I did not feel rushed at all.
Easy to talk to and explained what was going on with my knee and where to start with helping me feel better.

My appointment with Dr. Merz was very informative. He is compassionate towards his patients and seems genuinely concerned. Dr. Merz explained the procedure for my surgery and understood that I was apprehensive about having the surgery. He helped to assure me that it was necessary and I was going to have a better quality of life after the operation.
