He even apologized for going into so much detail but said he wanted the customer to know all of the benefits and the do's and don't on my part. The quotation and explanation of the services and costs were very well explained. Not high pressure but the deal got sweetened near the end and that sealed the deal. Both of our current vehicles extended warranty expire in a few months and we wanted to extend them. Be aware that they have a wait before filing a claim after you buy it ( 30 days and 1000 mi. ). So plan ahead.
