I took my car to the **** dealership I always do. When they got ready to look at my car I told them that I had a policy with Endurance. As soon as they had an estimate they called Endurance and got the okay to go ahead with the work. All I had to pay was the small deductible and take my car home. That's why I will stay with Endurance and if I have another car I'll get a policy with them again.

It took 1.5 hour to play arond the webside and finally talk to a real person. After that in 10 min I was able to resolve my problem keep humans employed ai can not resolve account problems
The representative was very helpful by answering the questions that I had. She also explained what to do if I had issues and or trouble with my car and how to go about utilizing my insurance policy.

False advertising. The add says take to any shop. Not true. The shop has to agree to accept Endurance. You submit a claim and the response is not covered in your policy. Hard to cancel policy. Talk to Manager and didn't get anywhere. Stay away from them unless you want to go for a ride.
