So far I've been with them for a year and no complaints. My ac went out and it was a really big deal in my new suburban due to the location of repairs that was needed addressed and the cost was not cheap but they gave us no problems. I had my vehicle back to me within the same day and it's worked great ever since. I had purchased the warranty that had the most coverage which was basically bumper to bumper minus basic brake, oil changes, etc..I advise anyone to get the entire package deal if you're going to pursue this as an ... read more

I haven't had to use it but we had a jeep were the transmission went out said it would cost ***** dollars so we ended up having to sell that one now on are new jeep we made sure we are covered
