An error concerning my payment activity was rectified after a brief call with a customer ********************** agent, who was attentive and very professional.
The gentleman that I spoke with was very insightful about the plan and explain it very well to us. There seemed to be a lot of extras, and that sounded nice as well.
The gentleman I talked to was very helpful. He explained my policy to me and was very polite and respectful. Its a pleasure doing business with a company who has pleasant people working for them.
