So far so good. I was able to do everything online and everything seems good. Will know exactly how good they are when it comes time to make a claim.
The *** who helped me is very professional and knew his business very well. Very personable and found commonality to put me at ease. He asked very good questions to be able to tailor a plan to suit my needs.
I was very pleased with the agent who enrolled me and explained everything about the policy he was so helpful
My 1st **** gave me what I wanted but never mentioned an additional product so I called back and added it. However in doing so, they lowered my plan to a bare bones program w/o telling me! I printed out my policy and had questions so called back to clarify only to find out I had their lowest program even tho that was NOT what I signed for! Long story short, I got it straightened out but had I not called with questions I would've been stuck w/lower tier plan. We'll see now how it goes once program goes into effect.

***** was great. She put my mind at ease answering the questions I had. She also noticed I was not feeling well and suggested a remedy, which I will try. ***** was genuine, and I appreciate her heart. She concentrated on my well being before we talked policy.
