The representative was very helpful and had a professional attitude.
I was doubtful at first after reading some of the negative reviews out there. Plus Ive had poor experiences with other extended warranties in the past where they would not cover any repairs once you needed them. That is why I was delightfully surprised when Endurance covered my very first repair at my local ***** Dealer without any pushback. They made the whole process simple and painless.
The customer support person I talked to was so professional and very helpful.

What a fantastic company with fantastic employees.I have had Endurance coverage since spring of 2024. Well, long story short, I lost my job last month due to cut backs.
