Great Customer **********************, easy to talk to and they explained everything and corrected a mistake made by the 1st rep, but it was not big deal. They are wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them for a Warranty.

1st time Warranty user, Super Easy, convenient and fast. What a Great experience, Was able to choose my own local garage for radiator replacement on my 2016 Tahoe, called Customer ********************** to check if part was covered, And it was, withing 48hrs I was back on the road, thanks to my shop and Endurance. Small deductible to be paid but compared to overall cost, no problem. Thank you Endurance for making my 1st warranty experience as good as it was. I purchased a warranty from Endurance recently after my previous one ran out.The new contract was send by email, I noticed that the address wasn't the address I gave them. but the old address from my previous warranty. I called customer ********************** to correct the problem with the correct address. About 3 days later I got a call from Endurance customer ********************** *** explaining that, I neeed to verify my address with documentation to prove resident. I purchased a policy threw endurance and filed a claim and was having a very difficult time w it and finally after getting a lot of run around I was finally able to speak to *** ******* an account manager for ********************** and she did an awsome job of explaining the claim to me and answering my questions and making sure I actually understood everything what was even more amazing was she got me into a better contract than the one I was in to avoid the headache that I went threw on this claim need more employees like ... read more
