I had taken my car to Serra ********* in ********** for them to look at it because my engine light came on. I was thinking Endurance would pay for the work. After I talked to ********* ********* of Endurance, I was told the warranty didn't cover minor repairs like needing spark plugs and so other things that is covered by the car owner. She was very professional in her conversation and I understood. Thank you. Good work.

I was lucky, I never filed a claim before, so my dealer inspected my car and knew how to get started for me, they filed the claim and in couple days ,I had the repair done and was on my way. So my experience was above my expectations. Thanks

Over 10 years with endurance each claim has been processed without any difficulty. Their customer ********************** is extremely efficient, supportive/helpful in resolutions. I would not be happier with Endurance. I had issues with my ********** snd AC operation. I brought my chicken to the dealership to make sure the work would be performed properly. Endurance worked with the dealership and gave approval for the work ahead of schedule. The dealership also found another separate issue with my suspension and without my knowing a problem existed they worked with Endurance to taje care of this covered problem as well. Without getting into specifics.Endurance exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend them. The only suggestion I would make is to choose your repair facility wisely if possible a facility that has worked with Endurance before. Next time I will avoid my **** dealership if possible.

I, unfortunately, canceled my policy as it was not right for me and maybe, if I would ve asked more questions, I may have decided not to use coverage. I just took it at face value. So on coverage, I can't give 5 stars, but if I could, I'd give 5 for the customer service I received from a few, including Sheena Banks for being so gracious.
