I submitted a claim and Endurance approved an aftermarket part instead of an OEM part. After the repair, the original problem was not fixed. I immediately notified both the dealership and Endurance and was told the part was under warranty and to bring the vehicle back after my vacation. When I returned two weeks later, Endurance required me to pay another deductible. It's not about the moneyit's the principle. I should not have been charged a second deductible for a repair that failed to correct the original issue.

It's so refreshing to speak with a human who has obviously been gifted with great customer satisfaction skills. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and talked like someone who really was interested in helping me to keep my truck in running condition.
