A representative call and rush me to make payment to start the warranty service and did not tell me there was a $29 processing fee to start the service.The first representative explained everything to me and was patient.I did not try the service as I just signed up. I will follow up once I have my first service.Otherwise customer ********************** was good.Thank you Endurance.
I just renewed my policy had know issues in previous policy so far so good.
Can't really give a complete review. Reason being I'm a new customer with less than a month. But my experience with the agent that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.
