Having just recently signed on the process was easy and the people i spoke with were very helpful and knew what i was looking for. The plan was easy to understand and straight forward, it's nice to know in the event i need help or repairs i can count on them.

I can't really say because I just bought it, but the representative was friendly and it seems reasonable for the money. I hope I don't need to use it but if I do I hope Endurance won't disappoint me.
