I drive a lot and because I do, I follow a strict and regular maintenance schedule as prescribed by **** on my F-150. Good costumer service, good agent, good explanation of plan . Excellent attention.
I've had my Prius V ************* for 14 years now. When my original warranty expired, I signed on with Endurance. The first time I used it, the manager of the repair department at my local ****** dealer was a bit skeptical, but when I picked my car up, he said, "I told them what the problem was, how much it cost to repair it, and they paid it right away." I don't see how you can beat that!
**** ********** was amazing! His customer **********************, listening ear, professionalism, and willingness to help was so appreciated!
So far, I haven't used them. I do have an engine light on, I'll respond after the dealership puts in a claim, and we can go from there. But as customer ********************** goes over the phone they are excellent at answering your questions and concerns.
