I had just purchased a policy and called with a question regarding a particular performance part installed on my vehicle. The person I spoke with was very polite and understood my speculation in a possible conflict with the terms of my warranty contract and the installed aftermarket product. She took the time to find the answer to my question and reported that the aftermarket product would not affect my warranty coverage. My 3 stars are in reference mainly to the representatives. I personally believe in having insurance coverage on most things. I was originally with ********* with another vehicle. The warranty was ok but the recommended service shops were the issue. So when I purchased an older cash vehicle I tried Endurance. I encounter some vehicle issues a few months after and had a bad experience with the service shop.
