I didn't want auto debit so she made sure that option was removed & I can call & make my payments. I also asked other questions about my contract & what was covered & what wasn't. After paying for the coverage for a couple of years, I had yet to receive details about the coverage on my two insured vehicles. ******* *******, CSR, went above and beyond in assuring that I had readable PDFs detailing my Endurance coverage for which I am grateful. I haven't needed to use the coverage and there are required steps to obtain the coverage, but now I have peace of mind knowing the details. Thank You ******* *********
