When I called Endurance I was put in touch ****** ******* who is located in the mid west. I was checking around to get prices for an extended warrenity. At that time I explained to Mr ******* that I did not have my vehicle yet, it was stuck at the port of *********. As a previous customer from 2019 I can attest to a MARKED IMPROVEMENT over the Old Endurance policies serviced by Mepco. I truly appreciate the New Endurance policies and scope of covered repairs utilizing OEM parts and paying 100% of Dealership labor rates. The NEW Endurance management policies check ALL of my important boxes. Accolades to a Company willing to CHANGE to better service their customers.
