I’ve only used for road side service. They were fast and got my daughter back on the road.
I was very satisfied with the ease of filing a claim, and the clear communication with the mechanics on what's covered or not covered. The final cost made me very happy!!! I would recommend Endurance to all my family and friends who have older vehicles and looking for a reliable vehicle warranty company that is consistent, reliable and quick with covered repairs--- there were no surprises!!!
9/14/26 spoke with Mauriana who was awesome and last month with ******* aka ******* who as well was extremely professional and courteous. Both agents gave exceptional customer ******* care.

Talked with a ****** today in Sales Department for Endurance. He was amazing, helpful, communication was so on point, any questions I had he had the answers. The pricing was very affordable and definitely if the contract is as follows will be worth every *****. I have worked with Endurance in the past and was very happy with them-that's why I went back to them and ****** helped me to convince me this was the right decision to go back.. Seems pretty easy to sign up. I havwn't had to use it yet, but I guess that's a good thing. I hope it works as well as our favorite service garage says it will.
I have only been a member for a few months but I had several communications with there sign up people and I found an extremely professional group from top to bottom.
