I have only had experience with customer ********************** so far, as I am new to the company as a customer. However anyone I spoke to at the company was very patient with my questions and answered all questions to the best of their ability and until I completely understood what they were explaining to me. Now when I put in a claim if they pay as well, that remains to be seen..
