Well the very first time I tried to use Endurance my claim was rejected. Had to pay 398 dollars out of my pocket. So I called customer **********************, they said it was due to a manufacturer defect which wasn't covered. Well I said, "Ok when I cancel my policy, when will my coverage end?" Well the customer ********************** representative said "Let me see what I can do". Well long story short, they took about 200 dollars off my overall policy bill. So I am happy for now.

With Endurance for a year, and my dealership was familiar with Endurance. My radio and backup camera were approved, received and installed days later. Small payment and definitely worth using Endurance.
