the gentleman i spoke with was professional and friendly polite was a big help in finding a plan with a price that fit my budget .
You know what you are in for when you call a warranty company, I did appreciate the explanation of coverage, the price is across the board competitive with the 2 other top companies. I went with endurance because they are faster at getting claims processed than the other warranty company I chose for my last vehicle, the vehicle before that had endurance so I was familiar with their process so it was clear who had the better service.

Wonderful experience. The representative was very knowledgeable and supportive. Not only did she address and resolve my concerns we both had a good time chatting. I will be asking for this representative every time I call. I will note that everyone I have talked to at Endurance has been pretty darn great, if they didn't know the answer they got me to someone who could! ******* is still my favorite!

My experience with talking to ******* was a stellar professional experience she was more than kind and patient but she was very extremely helpful and explained throughly how to file a fob replacement claim for my 2014 ******** XTS. Give this woman a promotion because she definitely deserves it.????
