Signed up for the 6 year plan with Endurance for my *** X7 in 2021. During this period I had several visits to *** and had effortless experience in filing claims with Endurance through the *** service centre. It cost me so Fa $8k+ in warranted repairs via Endurance. Id highly recommend this to anyone - go for the more premium package and give yourself peace of mind! Repairs and OEM parts are expensive
I spoke with a representative, ******* *., and she was nothing short of amazing!! She answered all of my questions in detail, and provided me with more helpful information that I was not aware of. She was very easy to talk to, patient, and very polite. A great representative for this company!

**** from contract solved a big problem for me, There was a mix up with my previous and current contract. Izzy read the file notes and helped resolve the issue. He recognized I was upset and he used good conflict resolution skills to calm me down.
