I called in to get a simple question answered help me find if my engine mounts are covered on my elite coverage 8 people and 1 supervisor but *********** customer ********************** agent they said they can not tell me if it is covered unless a claim has been made what's the secret I paid for why can't I know what's covered on my policy ugh!

Every month I pay for my warranty and every time Ive needed it has either been denied or been a fight to get it. Theyre great at taking your money but what a joke now Im having a problem, even trying to cancel. ******

I took my 2019 ****** XE to the ****** dealership. The car was inspected and the technician noted that the engine and transmission mount needed replacement. The claim was denied by Endurance, they stated it was a pre-existing condition although the engine and transmission mount are covered under the policy. Endurance representatives gave me all kinds of reasons to decline the claim. This company is a fraud.

I Received misleading mail regarding my warranty coverage for a new car I purchased a few months ago. The letter indicated my warranty price would be increasing. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle that included everything from mechanical to electrical. This company sent misleading advertisement to my elderly father who thought it was a warranty he had in place with ***** that was expiring. So he signed up and they began billing him $140 a month without putting an agreement into writing. They accepted his incorrect odometer reading verbally without verifying that so they overcharged him. It stinks. They got my debit card and signed me up with a contract. I already had a contract with the dealer I bought the car from. ***** funding does their credit ******* bank never heard of ***** funding. Why would I sign up for a contract with them when I already had one?

Terrible nasty pushy people all because I wanted to cancel. Felt pressured into buying that day and two days later after thoroughly reading the contract decided it was not for me. Horrible experience.
