Good evening, when I started with endurance/mepco I was asked if I had any prior problems with my vehicle and I said no because I didnt. Fast forward to April of this year. I had to take my car to the dealer ship because the transmission is starting to go out and endurance denied the repairs to fix the transmission. Endurance is a fraud right from the start when you open the brochure it says you cant make a claim until after 30 days and you cant cancel your policy after 30 days

Representing an auto repair business dealing with warranty companies. It has taken 9 DAYS and still no response on a covered repair. Customer desperately needs vehicle repaired, holiday is upon us and after multiple calls nothing. I will be warning customers not to use this company.

Do not buy from them. I paid for 3 years and when I finally needed service and work done on the parts that was covered in my plan and I was only supposed to pay the deductible I end up paying over half the cost and they still didnt reimburse for my rental. They had gotten 3600 from me and I could have put that money in a bank to cover my own cost.

Very pushy , I asked to cancel my policy and for 20 min he tried to sell me other plans. My husband had to get on the phone and demand they just cancel. He then became condescending and rude.

This company is completely unreasonable. They ask for unrealistic documentationlike oil change receipts that include your vehicles mileage, which no regular merchant provides.Heres what happened: I took my car in for service, and they requested my last three oil change invoices. I submitted the most recent two, but the oil change from May was done by my son. This company is a complete scam. After I bought my car I got flooded with your warranty is about to expire when I just bought the car brand new. I get about 10 phone calls a day with the extended warranty scam.

Got a letter talking about Price Increasing on Extend Vehichle Service Plan for a 2025 ***** Odyssey. The only time I owned a ***** was a 2002 ***** Accord and it was scrapped so I feel like this company is trying to scam me.
