Do not fall for their tactics, they lie and deny all claims. I just had the worst customer experience with ****** ******* Account Manager. He didn't want to reimburse my payment that was unauthorized and said that he would not transfer my call to someone else, because he was the one that makes decisions and would not be authorizing any reimbursement. He was belligerent, disrespectful and condescending. Very unprofessional. YOUR COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER **********************. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. ... read more

Received letters in the mail from Endurance "advising" me that "there will be a Price Increase in our Extended Vehicle Service Plans". My extended vehicle service plan was through another company. I contacted Endurance and was told the other company was a "third party provider" and that my car dealer would "probably not" do business with my company. All I have to say after I purchased endurance warranty. 6 months later I had a problem with my car .to find out that this company is the worst scam I ever seen .The refuse to repair my car with some redecules exercises. I m taking them to court .after weeks of cumincating with ******** I'm stuck with ******* repair. Thanks endurance

Had an incredibly bad experience with Vesh. I am deaf and have trouble communicating, but he was so rude. I had to let him know that canceling my contract was necessary since I could no longer afford it and could not even get the car running that I had been sold the contract for. This company is big bully. Do not use.

I called to cancel my policy 11/12/25 around 340pm. As I was connected to the account manager, he kept me on the phone for about 10 min. I understand he is trying to sell policies for the company. When I tell you all I want to do is cancel that should have been it! Instead he keep trying to sell me something I didnt need. Endurance please do better.

Endurance warranty is not worth the paper the contract is written on. They sell a warranty for older model vehicles that is misleading offering coverage based on mileage and contract term but give different info at the time of purchase as to what extent of coverage is available. I purchased an extended warranty on a 2013 Dodge charger in 4/2024 for an additional 60K miles for 48mth term. This company is a scam. Sent me a letter about "my coverage" when I don't even own a registered car. Told me that obtained my name and vehicle info (outdated) from a public database. The *** database in *** used to be public. They stopped that after several cases of violence where the perpetrator used license and vehicle registrations to find their victims. (The best-known case of this was the 1989 murder of actress ******* *********.) So anyway, My belief is that the company is using private data obtained somehow to mislead... read more

Absolute scam!If even a single part of your car if "not properly maintained" or happens to not be in good condition at the time of your claim, your entire contract is basically void and there is no way to get reimbursed. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS. **** will slither out of paying any claim at all for any reason. Then the worst part is when you go to cancel your contract, you cannot cancel directly on the site or even on the phone with a rep. **** will pretend to not be able to email you some cancellation... read more

I kept up with my truck when it came to maintenance. When I put in a claim the first time they paid for it. The second time I had a major problem which was with my cooling system and they did not pay for what they only paid 40% which left me without a job a car and I was stuck. Thats a terrible way to do business and they lie when they have the commercial on TV $6000 worth of work and she got a car paid for. -mine was $6000 and only paid 40%.
