After speaking thousands of dollars on endurance warranty contracts over time period of almost 7 years on two different vehicles. When the engine of one of my cars needed replaced , the inspector of endurance Warranty lied about not have enough miles on the engine to fulfill contract. I called and sent paperwork from Services center showing I reached the amount of mileage to fulfill contract requirements. I got no response. Endurance may be a fine company until you have to initiate a claim. I am presently in the middle of an endless back and forth dispute with Endurance and my local **** dealership. Bottom line is I am being asked by Endurance to "prove" what "caused" my starter to fail by having the repair facility TEAR DOWN the engine to get to the starter. This process will take 5 hrs and $900 which is at my expense. Endurance is one of the worst Investments you can make. When I signed up it said everything was covered. And I had the policy for like 4 years. After the first year we're not quite the first year. I had air conditioning problem my motor went out it was obviously broken the wheel shaft was loose. I took it to several repair shops and they all want to charge me for a diagnostic which endurance would not pay for, they wanted at least $250 bucks. Endurance claims not have any Middle Men. The gasket for the exhaust manifold failed my claim was denied because: minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and not considered a mechanical breakdown. This is what I got from Endurance for $103/mo. We purchased a contract with Endurance in 2023 for our used minivan, after 30 days and 1000 miles, the car was able to be covered, but when the car had a part breakdown, I called them to find that the car couldn't be covered because it was deemed a total loss by the previous owners insurance. Honestly, I don't know where to start. The "customer **********************" is basically rude people telling you to refer to your contact. You have to call 3 different phone numbers for customer **********************, claims and roadside assistance. The hours of operation are very inconvenient, you won't get ANY help after 5pm. The approval process is very ***** and unrealistically specific. In my case, they quote my mechanic a part price based on a parts shop on the other side of town AND refused to match the closer shop.... read more

I've been with your organization for 10 months, recently I experienced a problem with my vehicle and called to file a claim. After waiting a week to get an answer, you decided to deny the claim. I've used other warranty companies who, within 24/48 hours had answers. I'm now, not only out of the monies I paid you over the past ********************************************************************************* to reconsider my options. Thanks for NOTHING!!! Predatory. Absolute Scam. HUGE hoops to cancel...Not sure how this company is still in business. Endurance thrives on unknowing seniors and other disadvantaged folks.
