I originally called to get a quote on a truck I was wanting to purchase. I decided, after looking around and asking questions, that I wouldn't go with this company. They seem to always find an excuse to deny a claim. Most mechanic shops won't accept the coverage suggesting that you pay them and then file yourself for reimbursement. I asked them to remove my info from their system. After this, I have been inundated with calls, emails, and regular mails. I have asked for it to stop.

I promise all of these reviews with 5 stars are fake, this company is a scam. I got a policy the sales guy sold me a dream, he advise this is the best policy and you are fully covered. my car stopped o the road and here comes the moment of truth, the claim was denied. the *** told me I had the wrong coverage and he can sell me the correct policy for a higher premium. I canceled this policy asap but before i can cancel it has to be notarized. once I sent in the paper work to cancel the policy now im being told I have to wait ... read more

Y'all are just a bunch of scammers.we had a transmission that went out on my 2004 ***** Impala and y'all refuse to pay for the repairs.i will not recommend y'all to anyone.i am going on social media and put it out that y'all will take the money but refuse to pay for anything

Compared to all the other companies advertising their service by mail, Endurance Warranty Services, LLC sent mailing that mimics those sent by ***************** on its envelope. 2024 Vehicle Notification Department was the letterhead. A less informed, less experienced public can easily mistaken this as a command from the governmental agency and comply with the directive to pay for the service. Business operates this way is worth investigating to ensure public safety. Thank you

I feel like I was railroaded. These people were relentless to get us to buy then we find the coverage is Not what they claimed on our ******************* was being charged the exact same price for more or less..... sorry not Interested any longer ...may I have my money back plz. We'll see if it gets here by 10/3/24 as stated.

This company endurance and the sub company for payments called ***** has done nothing but lie to me about the entire policy for my extended car warranty. I will call and speak with the customer ********************** agent they would tell me one thing, call back speak with the customer ********************** representative manager they would tell me something different. I was lied to by this company. They said I would be covered for all electronics. The sales lady even pointed out that the camera on my 2011 GMC ****** was prone to fail. I was told the camera with the rest of my electronics would be covered. I called in during the 30 day waiting period to say that the camera was glitching and again asked if it was covered I was told it was and I would be covered regardless. I called Endurance today to get a free quote. I received the quote and then decided that I wanted to talk with my spouse about it before making the decision as well as look at a few other companies. The customer sales representative reminded me about the $300 fee being waived for the 1st call and if I called back it would cost me more. I told him, I would be okay with that as my ability to make an informed decision by researching other companies was more important. Im very disappointed in endurance they have plenty of commercials and reviews. But I had tried to have my 2004 Yukon insured and everything was cool paid my deposit and I was happy, got a letter 2 weeks after signing up said we need ur mileage, I proceeded to give them a call even though I gave them the info when I purchase it. So they said ooo ur mileage is to high we cannot cover ur Yukon which had ******* but commercial on tv says up to ******* ok ?? well then I said ok send my down payment I put down that was August ****... read more
