Stay away from them. I bought a used car in June and got the warranty in August. My axles got messed up in October took it to the dealership and they said the transmission is bad. Okay so send everything to endurance and they had a guy come out to the shop to guarantee there was issues. Negative zero out of 100 !!! We had two policies with company. Try to get coverages for our trucks two time but they wouldn't pay for either truck. I would never use this company again waste of money wouldn't work with us at all.

Endurance Mepco is a total scam I was told that my insurance will cover from bumper to bumper by an agent Name *** . Every place that I went to get my car fix they told me its a very bad warranty they tend not to want pay for your claims I literally had to pay out of pocket to fix my car .And after paying $1,2577.77 for a total of 9 months for a warranty that I cant use when I decide to cut ties with them they gave me a refund of only $480,82 for absolutely no service . Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. From the moment I called for a quote, telephone salesperson continued with their high pressure sales pitch. I was told in order to lock in my one time offer of a discounted plan I had to purchase that day, but could cancel within the allotted time. I've been a customer since January 2023. I asked them if anything happens to my car will it be cover. the person said yes. This is the initial contact with endurance. The adjuster did not accept my claim for oversized tires. My warranty was elite level bumper to bumper and my contract stated I have lift kit and oversized tires. This company is not holding up their end of contract. When I canceled they said I may get prorated refund, I only had them 3 months. Ive reached out to Endurance Warranty for a while now and Ive been trying to receive my Full Refund since Aug. 19th. Since they couldnt cover my 2016 Infiniti. Theyve passed me from person to person for Over 3 months!!!! No one will contact me personally to resolve my issue and return my Full Refund to me!! This is VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!
