These Company is a Scam in contracts, Consumer aware when buying a policy terms. They only pay maximum on your car average trade in value , base on NADA at time of repairs. Example you bought a policy worth 5k & 3 years down your car has damage motor cost $8K with car trade in value at the time of repairs is 2K after 3 years of paying you only going to get 2K and have to pay the shop extra 6k if you likes your vehicle fixed. Prior to purchasing , evaluate your car trade in value after 3 years.

I wanted to say Im highly disappointed in endurance warranty services. Before even setting up the account I mentioned to the sales representative that my truck has aftermarket wheels along with a level kit, she assured me that it wouldnt affect the coverage on the vehicle. I just submitted my first claim and was denied over wheels and the level kit. Ive been lied to my face. I cant believe you would lie to a customers face just to earn money.

I submitted a claim for my Durango through the online portal. One of their customer ********************** representatives called back and asked to speak to someone who wasnt available at the time. When I explained this, the representative simply said, "I guess [name] doesnt want to come to the phone," and then hung up. I later checked the online portal and found that my claim had been canceled.I called the company twice and waited for a callback. *************** They send letters and emails that state IMPORTANT - OPEN IMMEDIATELY and tell you your vehicle warranty is going to expire or go up in price over and over and over again. It's obvious they use data brokers to acquire names & addresses to send these out as well. This is a scam as we do not have any vehicle still under warranty. Worst company to do business with. I put in 2 claims both denied. 1st was transmission problem denied. 2nd was turbo problem denied. Terrible to work with. They pay a mechanic [supposedly]. To deny all claims. Stay away I cancelled after paying for one year.

My CTS Cadillac has been down for repairs since 12/12/23 which is also the date I filed my auto warranty claim with Endurance/Smart Auto Care. It has been 10 months and my automobile is still in for repairs at a repair near me. I talked with Smart Auto Care about pausing my premium payments since there was no definite repair date. Endurance is a waste of your hard earned money. They say all these parts are cover but there are so many loopholes it's almost impossible to use. Save your money.
