A very misleading company. They called and said my current warranty is about to expire. I agreed to start another renewal and was told if I didn't want it I could cancel and receive a full refund. After checking my paper work I found out I had at least 7 more months before expiration. I called to cancel with Endurance and was told I have to submit a certified cancelation form. Although I extended my policy from my previous one the pay amounts and coverage policies seem to have changed in regards to "pre-existing". My premium almost doubled and I seem to get less. The representative I spoke to was very understanding and cancelled my policy over the phone. It would be nice to see the policy type obligations before hand to make good decisions before creating a contract. I'm at the point of disliking all Ins. Companies no matter what.

After several attempts by my repair shop to get items that are covered under my policy approved they have continued to deny my claims. I am paying for the top plan they offer and they are not covering anything. It is now going to cost me over $5000.00 for repairs that should be covered. The repair shop has sent them proof of the issues and they still are denying it. I am being forced to reach out to an attorney and to the attorney generals office to get help.

Thank god I found out how much of a scam this was before I sunk to much money in! Right after i made it past the 30 day/1000 mile period to file a claim my truck broke after a long trip! Long story short, the policy that i was told covered everything DIDNT cover everything as i was told it would! They denied a claim for an EGR valve that wasnt covered and had the audacity to suggest I had lied about the truck not have any issues when i bought the policy! Company the company is a complete scam, claiming to “provide a warranty for your vehicle“ they refused to honor a claim on the basis that exposed part, specifically a brake rotor had rust on it. According to several mechanics with whom I’ve spoken, there is no such thing as a break rotor that doesn’t have rust on it. Clearly, this was just a way to get out of honoring the commitment they made. I do not believe this company has any desire to actually serve customers, it is a scam.

I have been with Endurance for over a year, but when it came time for them to honor my vehicle service, they failed me. When my car needed the Valvetronic Actuator and Eccentric Shaft replaced, the mechanic submitted a service claim to Endurance, but we hit several roadblocks. If there was a way to rate this scamful business a no star rating, I would. This company is full of misleading and empty promises. I bought an Extended warranty for my 2017 Chevy Silverado Rocky Ridge K2 model truck. This truck comes stock with this package from GM and I triple checked this truck came this way after they denied the claim to fix the transmission.
