I purchased an Endurance warranty service contract for my 2014 Dodge Charger in 2017. When the warranty contract was purchased, the current mileage of the vehicle was ****** and recorded on the contract to begin coverage. July 2023, I attempted to use my warranty contract to complete some work on my 2014 Dodge Charger with one of it's recommended repair shops. I give them no stars, actually, but I had to at least select one. I think they are a rip off. I have definitely has not benefited. I purchased warranty coverage for two vehicles a ***** Cruze and **** F-150 June 2023. At the time of the purchase, I was told that I was getting the Premium Plan, all parts and labor would be covered except for $100. deductible. I have filed 4 claims and each once has been denied. The worst customer ************************** contacted them no less than 6 times and spoke to different people every time about the same oil change issue. Every single person had a different reason for why my oil change was not reimbursed. I have not one time ever filed any claim in the six years I have had this policy. Endurance has terrible service. I have 3 cars with them and one of my cars broke down. I am getting the run around about my repairs. I dropped my vehicle off at my mechanic 2 weeks ago, 9/6/24, and they haven't fixed my car. I wish I never dealt with them.****** *** Ga resident

I believe that this company is a scam disguised in falsehood and misleading advertisements. They do not pay for complete repairs. They replaced my trnasmition with a rebuilt transmition and only paid the shop less than half of the bill for which I had to pay mone than $1500. Although everything was easy to get started, I found the same coverage for 800 dollars cheaper with ****** more miles and 1 more year. So I went with the alternate company. Plus, Endurance does not tell you that there is a CAP on repairs and you have to pay out of pocket, then get reimbursed.

I was a member of Endurance Warranty Svc for approximately 3 years. Those years were without a single claim. I finally filed a claim due to needing a Master Cylinder for my 2014 Ram 1500 truck. I was told by Endurance that my request was denied because oil had infiltrated the unit. I told them that the 1st item listed under Brakes on the contract said I'd have coverage for the Master Cylinder. I requested 3 times and always got the same answer. So I purchased endurance warranty for my car in 09/09/24. They say no worrry the first 30 days money back guarantee if you want to cancel it for any reason.not so fast. So I payed $169 I believe for the fist month. After 2 days I found a much better deal with other company and call back endurance to cancel.
