The representative completely was misleading just to get me to buy this warranty and the very first claim they denied it and would not cover it!! Now this claims to be a warrant that covers older cars with higher mileage and then they say that it was a preexisting issue and wouldn't cover it!!! I told the representative that my car has a check engine light on and he assured me that it would be covered and they denied it!!! DON'T BUY THIS WARRANTY THEY ARE VERY MISLEADING AND WON'T COVER EXPENSIVE CLAIMS!!!!! I asked for a re... read more

I was never sent a copy of my policy and when I needed them 8 months later they did not cover something as simple as a motor blower. They lied about my policy and they refused to correct the problem. I was told they would try to cover it with a supervisor but then it was a flat-out "No". I am stuck with a bill that should have been covered and is a simple fix. Please do not take what they say as the truth, they will cheat you out of your money.

In December 2023, Endurance auto warranty convinced me that their coverage was better than Car Shield. I recently submitted a claim for a hydraulic motor on my 2006 Mercedes SL500.The claim was denied. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone with the insurance carrier and Endurance trying to get an answer as to why my claim was denied. I had to listen to the same message over and over again as to why I should buy Endurance Auto Warranty! Endurance is a fraud. Endurance called my phone multiple times pitching out how they will take care of my needs if I ever had a break down. I got the highest coverage they offer for my vehicle. A month and a half later, my used car needed repairs. Repairs cost $1300 and they denied my claim saying its preexisting. The car dealership said they never told them that and endurance said I should cancel my policy. I have been very misled and Im very dissatisfied with this company. They need to be investigated. They need to change the ad on the TV cuz that's nothing but a lie you can't just pull your car in and get it fixed you have to get a paper filled out you have to send it back and all that other c*** you got to go through I had to do that just to get a key bomb which I never got one and at the end when you want to cancel they put you for a living h*** you got to sit there and argue and argue and argue far as I'm concerned it's the worst place I've ever seen put your money in your bank save it up and there's something breaks y... read more

DO NOT BE FOOLED! Id give 0 stars if that was an option. They sell you this insurance like it is the best thing ever, when in reality it is the exact opposite. We purchased our plan in July after purchasing our truck earlier this year and making the mistake of not getting a dealer warranty. We have now made the decision to sell our truck, and so we no longer needed the warranty plan. We called Endurance on October 28th to cancel, and we got connected with *****. Purchased a used vehicle 2010 Traverse March 15, 2024, picked up a warranty through Endurance on March 18th, 2024. Conducted my own maintenance March 20th, 2024 (Oil, trans and radiator fluids) and kept all receipts and documented it in their log book they provided. 5 months later had a transmission issue and filed a claim. I only put 3K miles on vehicle and met the coverage requirements. Endurance provided the repair facility and when they received a 7K quote quickly denied claim stating I cannot perform my own maintenance.... read more

Never had a claim, when I cancelled policy over the phone they didn't cancel. The next month I got charged again, I called again, the *** sent me a cancellation form, back and forth 3 days, she finally sent an email, "your payment will be prorated and allow 4-6 WEEKS for partial refund". Liars.
