Endurance is a rip off. They do not cover repairs. On our traverse, the transmission needed work and it was from normal *********** and they wouldn't cover it. They kept coming up with different excuses why they wouldn't cover the repairs. That's the purpose of having extended warranty to help cover the costs of normal *********** on a vehicle. Endurance is a complete scam!!

No STARS by choice but the website required i select one!! I'm very disappointed with them. As soon as they received a claim for an oil leak on my **** F250 Deisel they decided to let me know that they would be declining the claim and cancelling the warranty.I was sold the warranty on a 2015 Deisel that was modified by previous owner, I wasn't aware, nor did anyone go about making me aware. I had to endure Endurance and it was not a 'peace of mind' experience like they advertise, but rather like doing business with the devil. Bait and switch.They denied the claim after I fulfilled the ***** mileage and first month requirement. Absolutely poor customer **********************! Claim was denied stating inspectors report said nothing was wrong yet, the inspector stated to the shop, that he saw the issue and a new motor was needed. We have called and emailed regarding this denial and have been told that a supervisor will contact us. It's been 3 weeks, at least, and we have still not received a call. Fraud don't pay for rental rebursement when your car is in the repair shop. They have in my contract they pay up to 7 days rental not on weekends and my car has been in the shop since last week the adjuster came sent the report to claims and approved it but want pay the 7 days rental i dont recommend anyone to buy a extended warranty from this company. It a rip off they are a fraud.

I was an endurance customer for 2 years and in that 2 years they paid on 1 claim. Dont go through them they ****. They dont pay claims and they rip you off

I bought an extended warranty for $3,812.00 in 2021 order not to have to pay high high repair bills. The policy is in effect for ****** more miles or 24 more months, yet, I have had to pay repair bills (out of pocket) of $5,250.00 and $8,500.00 respectively in the last three years. Endurance found loopholes in the policy to not have to pay for either repair. I'm retired trying to live on my fixed income and I don't have the extra money for all these repairs. This business is real, but as close to being a scam as you can get. I received a letter that said my Extended Vehicle service plan rates are going to go up, but I dont have insurance with them. When I called them they wouldnt provide me any information unless I first identified the car I was calling about so I made something up and guess what they were able to look it up. They just suggest you have a policy with them so that you call them even when you dont.

I purchased an extended warranty from this company months ago. Then my car broke down with a failed head gasket. The inspector came out to review the vehicle, even though the mechanic showed him that the head gasket failed, and they are not gonna cover the part they were gonna find every reason not to fix the vehicle . Worst decision I ever made was choosing this company. Do not trust them. The process is ridiculous.
