"Thank you. " Pros: They customer service is excellent. The tills work really well. Cons: The fact we can no longer cancel a transaction without it becoming a void. Overall: Very good so far. Every time I have called I have been well looked after.

"shop owner" Pros: Customer service, always attentive to first call resolution. Cons: Nothing much, so far everything seems okay , Epos seems to resolved every issues. Overall: Very satisfied so far, 365days we open shop and mostly no problems, just a few but they can resolved it for me.

"Excellent Epos Now Products and even better Operational support" Pros: Easy to set up, easy to use and training can take a few minutes to do the basics. There are good on-line help guides but the Technical/Support team on the phone have always fixed any minor issues we've had, usually not to do with the product but maybe a Wifi or knowledge issue. Product is not expensive to buy and running costs are low. Cons: No real Cons to talk about! I've run two business' where we changed to Epos Now and both have improved our busines... read more

"Pleased with EPOS Now" Pros: We like the reporting function within Back Office. Having ready access to sales information is great. Also having next day settlement is helpful. Cons: The time to set up the system was the biggest bugbear but this was to be expected when details of circa 1,500 items had to be uploaded. Overall: We were concerned about introducing an EPOS system as we thought it would be daunting for a number of our older volunteers. "Amazing service" Pros: So happy to help and will take it slow to explain everything to you and just go out there way to help. Cons: Delivery can be a bit slow. Apart from that nothing. Overall: Great, so happy to help, willing to go over everything a few times to make sure I understand everything and take there time explaining.
