"WCC product review " Pros: in most cases the support calls i have made have been really responsive and sorted glitches out promptly, products arrived on time and easy to configure. Cons: nothing major, i think they could offer more advanced products and configurable to different situation without need to button configurations, example discount swipe cards not available to work on the pro plus handsets Overall: positive and happy customer, the support line is easy to access even on weekends.

"Good value for money, and good support." Pros: Responsive support team when needed, and good value for money for the system in general. Cons: Whilst the basic system works well out of the box, it's a little lacking in some areas without paid upgrades. Overall: Eposnow have always been quick to respond to support requests, which for me is the most essential element of our relationship.

"Great Customer Service" Pros: Customer support is excellent. There is a helpful AI bot which can answer a lot of questions but the human response team is brilliant. Cons: It misses some simple functions that other products offer. For example, you can't set it up to make a product unavailable when its stock drops to 0. You also cannot take card payments when the internet is down.

"Great customer service line" Pros: Great bit of kit, does exactly what i need it to do. Cons: Wait for original delivery was longer than expected Overall: Had an issue with the cloud sync. Rang the helpline and sorted in minutes. Fantastic lady at the end of the phone.

"Good system" Pros: The look of the terminal, general reliabilty and on time payments Cons: System sometimes freezes so have to reset by rebooting. The log out button near the search button on screen. Overall: Good system, quite reliable. Looks nice and professional.
