Terrible customer service long waiting times to get in touch with staff terrible service but we are stuck in a contract Pros : Nothing keep away at all costs. Cons : Poor customer service. The accounting software is terrible and doesn't work. Long waiting times to get in touch with customer services and you are constantly passed to different members of staff problems never get solved.
Be careful when you choose an epos system Terrible. Pros : The equipment looks modern and smart, the software was ook, easy read and accessible. Cons : Payment! You cannot control it. Despite closing the account, you still get billed.There is no debit order you can control, they cleverly use the same account ordering Transport for London use, they have access and take money from your account as they please and all you can do is close your whole account and block it against normal merchant use. By far the worst company I dealt with nomorals/ unethical selling EPOS NOW is by no doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with Worse POS/ No support/ unethical selling/ hidden terms in contract/ hidden charges/ worst customer bombarding EPOS NOW unethically sold their P400 counter top terminal to me. You will have to pay a premium price for access their customer service Last customer service agent I called kept trying to get me to pay $69 per month in order for him to help me. Worst experience!!! Big scammers!!! Terrible Pros : Nothing except the scams, always takes payments even after you cancel the subscription. Cons : Worst service, you need waste your time at least 2-3 hours to get in touch with support
Bad bad bad AVOID Bad!! As soon as you are not happy with their services they tie you up to the contract and refuse to get the equipment back and refund you. I don’t find them reliable, they take ages to respond to your queries/problems and their staff cancel on the training. I didn’t sign up for non-professional services. I want to be done with them. Not user friendly Our inventory was not uploaded correctly by Epos representatives and the editing was going to literally be one product at a time. When they forget to add taxes to your cigarettes and you have to go through EVERY SINGLE ITEM one at a time to add a tax rate, it is ridiculous. We were supposed to be able to edit the category, but that wasn't working, only they are able to edit that. The representative seemed to not want to spend any time with us trying to help us.
