Cons: Really just getting setup with everything and haven't run into that many problems yet, but everything does seem good

"Excellent support!!" Pros: My implementation manager was very helpful in explaining how the Loyalty program works within EPOSNow. Our issue was resolved quickly and she took the time to show us how to utilize Promotions for the Loyalty customers. Cons: There was an issue with finding where the award points were displayed at on the till side and with how much award was being awarded. Overall: Customer since October 2016
"Very Helpful" Pros: Agents are very friendly and helpful, I was able to call in and have a agent remote in and fix my card machine. Cons: We've had a few issue with the card, and employee swipe cards, but those issue were able to be resolved.
"Elk Harbor" Pros: Our implementation manager jessica was very helpful and understanding with us she was able to answer all of the questions we ask her she walked us through all of our back office and showed us how everything worked then she walked us through our pos side also Cons: Waiting for the newly added integrated app Appointedd to be available for use with booking our customers Overall: was very nice and i cant thank her enough for getting our inventory in as fast as we have been sending it she was awesome thank you
