"credit card reader not working" Pros: i was having trouble with the credit card machine not working so i called in and the support staff fixed it quick and was curtious. Cons: when i arrived at my business the credit card was not working even though it worked the previous day, it was a minor inconvenience and i had to call tech support, where they were able to fix it in a matter of minutes Overall: excellent and curtious support
"Very Helpful" Pros: The support staff was very helpful. He was able to answer and explain all questions I had. He was also able to install all drivers needed for my Till to work as we continued to work and help customers on our other device. We are very happy to be using EposNow for our business. Cons: There were a couple of issue I had with my cash drawer but I was able to call in and have an agent looking in it now. Other than that things have been good.
"Staff are very patient and helpful" Pros: It does the job we need it to do, haven't used half the features yet but will do in time. The staff are very patient and helpful sorting out problems. Cons: After updates there can be problems logging on however the staff are there to sort the problems out when they arise
"Misrepresented" Pros: Ability to access from a home computer. Screens are fairly customizable. If taken the time to set-up prior to use, fairly quick for staff to adjust to. Cons: The additional costs for support The length of time to load screens while making changes/updates The multiple screens required to make changes to an item Overall: If you are looking for a low cost system this is the one. However, it will be reflected in the cost and be prepared to pay extra for support.
"Delighted with my new EPOS system" Pros: I'm delighted with my new EPOS system, it's efficient and modern and once I've gotten more to grips with it I'm excited to start using all the features. Cons: I haven't got any cons so far as I've recently started using the system.
"Fantastic support " Pros: Fantastic support team, they solve all my problems extremely efficiently and have a sense of humour too. Nice to speak to such a cheerful team. Well done. Cons: On this occasion I called on a Monday morning so did not need to wait very long on hold but sometimes I have to wait 10-15 minites.
"Unsure at first but now very happy" Pros: Amy is so helpful and explains everything to make it sound simple. Was really unsure about the system at the beginning but now I have had excellent training and feel more confident. Amy is truly good at her job. Cons: The tablet we use has been a bit slow over the past few days which has been a bit of a problem but it's being addressed in a training call later today.
"Love the support " Pros: Issue was resolved without any problems and the agent/associate was very professional and knowledgeable Cons: Wait times are longer than expected in the afternoon / minor issues with the vantiv terminal sometimes Overall: Mineral Springs Resort (Demetrius)
"Best example of an Epos system on the market" Pros: I've seen and used other Epos systems and this is by far the best in terms of ease of use, layout and the support staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a Guide Me feature that enables me to learn how to use the system in my own time. Cons: It would be useful if there was a printed guide for the system so that I wouldn't have to be physically using the system in order to be learning it.
