Do not purchase for use in Canada Appalling. Tried to get a customer service manager to call me more than a dozen times. no call back Pros : it looked like a good product, but the service sucked! Cons : This system cannot use different tax rates in different provinces in Canada. I was told during sale process that this was possible, but after buying I was told it was not. Definitely not recommended for grocery stores The thing i regret the most when ope ing this store is going with this company to run my business. Worst Customer Service We opted only the software service and they couldn't provide good technical support even for the one thing we subscribed. The customer service is never available when needed. Had to contact them back and forth to even cancel the subscription. This software is suitable for restaurant and food retail only. Not suitable for a clothing store. Pros : There are no pros that is worth mentioning. Cons : They don't have enough features for a Retail store inventory management. The customer service is very bad.
Hidden info in website sales man promised us to provide lifetime free addons but once paid all money they don't care , i have asked to cancel within 24 hours but they paying not even half amount after fighting for long , so decided to take as not refunded what i paid but still he is not responding to my mails to add addons . setup is complicated especially inventory , and there is no easy way to edit all products in one page , have to edit every product individually.
