"DO NOT USE EPOSNOW" Pros: The low eftpos percentage rate. Sucked me in. Not worth the stress EposNow has caused me at all. Cons: Double charged me for 3 months despite me telling them each month that this was happening! Then it took MONTHS to recieve back, after hours on the phone and many emails sent. "Great Product, Poor Aftersales and Support" Pros: Ok in the beginning you are assigned with a representative from Epos Now and helps you through the set up on a one to one basis. This person will be based in the UK and will be very familiar with any issues you may jave or question and will resolve them quickly. I found myself thinking wow a great company....... "What a waste of time and money" Pros: The logo. Everything else sucked. This is a very misleading question used by companies that can't look themselves in the mirror and accept that they are not that good. This question should be left to the insecure. "Fraudulent company, stay away" Pros: They are scammers, do not make the mistake of purchasing from them Cons: They convince you to signing 1 year contract, but they tie you to a 3 years contract for a protection plan that you didn’t ask for Overall: Worst mistake I’ve made in my business, will never go near them again
