"Bad company " Pros: No pros at all, you have to setup everything yourself and when you have a problem they will tell you one day and time they can call you, if you don’t answer have to do all the processes again Cons: Customer service is terrible, they lie all the time and never solve any problem for you, for all those years I always had to do everything my self Overall: Very bad experience, they don’t care about you, just your money and never help you

"EPOSNOW IS A SCAM!!!!" Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! There is no liking other than the monitor looks a little appealing but thats it! Cons: There's nothing at akl to like the most or the least its 100% a scam & a disaster to understans,operate & dealing with the staff?? "Do not purchase this do not go into contract with them. They do not hold up there of the bargain and will not take ownership of mistakes." "Don't buy their system - it's a SCAM" Pros: I do not recommend this system or company Cons: This company scams people off their money and every time we have called about an update of payments they either hang up or say there's nothing they can do. Overall: Not good at all i do not recommend this at all

"Not fit for purpose" Pros: We were promised the earth and the customer service delivered nothing, we told them that we need the system for our farm shop and it needed to weigh fruit and vegtables and lots of cheese etc, so we purchased the scales ( very expensive) and was told it would all be easy, i made it clear i had staff of all ages and they explained it would be easy. it was not! it was so slow, it took nearly 65/70 secounds per item, it was taken 10 minutes to serve one customer it was terrible. we explained this, no... read more
