"Disgusted in services " Pros: Account manager will tell you anything to sign you up Once set up thr system is straight forward to use Cons: 1. Auto renewal was not discussed and full amount retaken 2. Account manager has no contact following sale 3. Account manager advised 6 month contract yet put me into 12 month contract 4. Customer service advisors very unhelpful Overall: Poor customer service experience and very unhelpful. Dismissed my complaint and didnt even look into the facts.

"Another terrible experience with eposnoe" Pros: there is no pros dealing with this company, you are mislead to think that you are getting a good deal. Cons: The sales sharks make things sound so good and appear to be very helpful in the beginning, but once you've paid them, they trap you Overall: Terrible!!!!!!!you think that they will have some integrity. These people are not professionals at all.

"Not recommended " Pros: There is nothing nice to be said about this product in my current venue. Cons: Useless for cafe or restaurants. Cannot have any more than 1 item on a docket. Cannot split bill. Continually resets itself. Reboots itself during middle of service. Doesnt print miscellaneous dockets. A true nightmare of a system. Overall: Terrible, an absolute clunker! Totally misrepresented as suitable for cafes/restaurants.

"Just don't. " Pros: Nothing, everyone else does the same things just better Cons: Customer service, promise the world and never deliver. Even when they promise to call you back it never happens. "Total scam epos now " Pros: Nothing it was one of worse experiences of my life Cons: Total lack of communication, total disrespect, ghosting, not returning emails, not returning phone calls. Promises of refund that never happens. Overall: Horrendous would only recommend to someone i truly hated

"Don't use it!" Pros: This platform isnt what use to be! Always problems with the website. Always problems with the custumer service. always problems with the back office. Also they have overcharged my bussines multiple months. Dont use them wont recomend them even if is the last system on the market, I rather go back to pen and papper. Rangel G Cons: back in the days was a good company, now is more like a scam!

"Waste of time and $$$" Pros: The price but you get what you pay for, pure junk equipment and garbage customer service, any positive reviews must have been written by friends and family Cons: Lack of customer service and accountability Overall: We got the system last August, after renovations we just got set up yet EPOs says were no longer eligible for training, so now we are stuck with $800 worth of junk equipment with no way to get it set up to accept payments. This company is a scam, save your $ and buy something else

"EPOS Now still cannot provide a working system - Now with even more issues" Pros: There is nothing I like about this company. They gaslight and are incapable of looking at a full system failure, instead focus on one issue which they are unable to fix so they just ignore and move onto the next customer. Cons: Management/owners who cannot provide a working system but still want there direct debit every month.
