"Brilliant for my cafe!" Pros: Great stock management system has enabled me to gain information I never even thought of before! I am able to track my best sellers and worst and see profit margins across my product lines. "Great people, great product = growth" Pros: Support is best of breed, and it runs on any platform. We migrated from a competitive platform in less than a week and saw immediately how much time the position would save my staff. Cons: UI needs a face-lift but it has everything you need to grow your business

"45% mid-contract price increase on a 12-month agreement" Pros: The original setup with the Epos Now sales team and the support team setting up the system was satisfactory. Cons: Huge price increase during mid contract. Felt this was not justified, plus the turnover was more than the previous year. "Promising on paper... but fails on all counts" Pros: Good sales process. Range of equipment and devices available. Marketing material sells system very well. Cons: Sales process promises but reality does not deliver. Marketing material false - the system does not work well for certain indusries. Support and customer management is non-existant. "VERY BAD EXPEREIENCE" Pros: Very bad experience with EPOSNOW. They constantly create trouble for loyal customers and seem more interested in collecting extra payments than providing support. We worked with them for a year and found their service to be unhelpful, unreliable, and frustrating. When we decided to cancel the subscription, they ignored our requests and still charged us for two additional months. No proper communication, no respect for customers — just excuses. "Very Bad Experience" Pros: Ok system found complicated when putting item into menu and also lot of issues while talking to payment terminal. Cons: Service is really bad specially when closed the business just month ago still following up for canceling the subscription and direct debit called 6 times everyone over the phone promised to help me and confirm once all done but still waiting and its over the month now. "Don't buy EPOSNOW" Pros: Nothing. It was cheap but I found out why. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. Cons: Biggest issue: I had to send them my CSV files instead of being able to upload them myself. I had 4 different customer reps in the short time I used them. But worst of all when went to cancel their useless service they had me locked into a contract that I can't get out of so I'm stuck paying them and the better system I upgraded to. Overall: Horrible. "Be Warned, Eposnow is charging more" Pros: The system is easy to set up and use. Customer support staff is helpful and friendly. This till has made our life so much easier. Cons: I loved Eposnow for several years now, until this year. You are forced to go through their credit card processors or they will fine/fee you. I love the current one I use and to have to pay $40 a month for software, plus a $20 fee a month is ridiculous. You don't have any other option.
