"Epos Now review" Pros: Great service, very helpful from purchase to setup and everyday use. Being in the medical field, it's somewhat complicated to find a POS that will allow our business to look clean. Would recommend this product to every busy. Cons: My only negative is that the miscellaneous products does not have a set cost price that I can attach it to. "E and H Homecenter" Pros: One of the customer representatives has been a great help to us concerning our inquiries about the system. She is always willing to help and finds ways to benefit our company's till. Cons: Have had small issues in the past with connecting remotely for support because we are located in Haiti.
"Fantastic customer support" Pros: Easy to use and the support team is a great help always. Very fast delivery of equipment and simple to setup Cons: I wish it worked with quick books desktop as I now have to use quick books online instead. But the online version seems more robust so it's ok
"Xander Markets Inc" Pros: Jessica is a wonderful employee and was very helpful today. Thank you for your help with the bulk import app. Cons: Needed to have bulk import manually installed for a second time before the system would recognize it.
"Best in Customer Support!" Pros: Software is very easy to learn and run smoothly! I can see that the system has so much to offer to help you run your business easily! I am under- using the system for my rental business is simple! Cons: Only one thing that I wish this company would have had is to be able to work with my merchant account processor as I am not convinced using Vantive and Ego, both of this comapany had terrible reviews!
"Very aggressive sales team and after that hell break lose.....Support over stretched and not supportive" Pros: Cloud based and access to real time information on what is happening on the ground. Could access information anyway. The potential to improve other basic utilities on a POS is there Cons: Hidden costs which become real after purchase. Comes in bits and pieces. "Since installing be an Epos now system it has been great!" Pros: Easy to use software Cost effective Sales reporting highlights my best and worst sellers and inventory control saves me hours a month Cons: Took 5 days to get a replacement scanner out but that's about it Overall: Since installation an Epos now system Ito our store the support we have received has been excellent. Whatever the issue you can contact them in many ways with a quick response. They will stick with you until your issue is resolved.
"Great service, with friendly and effective training." Pros: Training should be available in blocks of time as opposed to a month. Overall: The representative has given me some very valuable support. She always had the answer to my questions during our regular sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. A great experience.
"EPOS Now" Pros: They have several apps you can add on to your convenience and very user friendly. Overall: Very User-Friendly and compatible with Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and other software.
