"They happily steal and won’t cancel" Pros: Not a single thing did I like about this system Cons: Customer service, the till refused to let me access the till and gave an error message for months. They did nothing to help. I begged and pleaded to cancel and I did all their silly steps and they kept thieving my money. I had to cancel my payment method entirely and then they still kept trying for months getting declined. I still don’t think they officially cancelled me. "The worst company I’ve ever seen" Pros: Nothing. There has been no help given to us at all. Cons: Epos now scammed me out of money. I purchased a full bundle in January for €113 and never received the till, now 7 months later I’m contacting them every day for my refund and being passed around like a spare part with absolutely NO help from anyone of them. "Service is horrendous " Pros: Nice looking product, modern set up looks good on counter. Cons: customer service at your company is a joke, just pass the problem from person to person until the customer gives up calling?.. not sure why the customer service department of your company even exists because resolving issues efficiently and in a timely manor is impossible when getting passed from person to person and nothing gets done,if it wasnt so frustrating it would be funny your literally paying staff to answer a phone, apolo... read more

"Fakse information" Pros: I was sold this product with many promises. The criteria we needed was promised and never delivered. We have been waiting for a refund after returning the hardware for 3 months Cons: Customer aervice do a great job of 'looking into it' and say it is sitting with management management have never been in touch. They simply don't care. They owe us over $2000. Overall: I would never recommend this system. I will tell anyone who is looking for a system to not buy this one.

"Grossly inadequate service." Pros: Nothing, absolutely nothing. Cons: I would not recommend Eposnow to any small business owner. I have experienced multiple issues within just 2 weeks. The support team does not exist, you are simply passed around employees with the hope that one of them has a slight clue. I have followed the complaint procedure but despite my adherence to this process along with my formal complaint, my issue remains unsolved. "System Keeps Bugging Out, No in-Person Support" Pros: Nothing. The system bugs out and there’s no support during restaurant hours. Cons: That it keeps freezing. Then there’s no support during restaurant hours. I am being charged for things I didn’t sign up for and then the number they give you to sort it out doesn’t go to the right person. On top of this if you don’t sort it out (which you actually can’t), they stop access to your system. Overall: Terrible. Absolutely do not recommend.

"Worst Company! " Pros: Nothing at all! Cons: EVERYTHING. I HATE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and robbers. They did not provide what was promised even though I had email evidence and they refused to refund me. Overall: Horrible.

"Scammers, beware of them" Pros: It worked moderately well, but not all the time Cons: Months after my contract ended and the account cancelled, Eposnow continues to steal my money every month and refuses to process the refund I'm entitled to. Multiple phone calls have made no difference as it appears their system and/or management have in place the process to deliberately and fraudulently grab all the money they can. "Worst customer service " Pros: The software in itself is good but does not have some basic functionality. To do that one needs to buy extra plug ins which is waste of money Cons: Customer service They are cheat ! Everytime there is an issue, they will want to sell you something new instead of fixing the issue. They promised integrated payment but it was not possible which I was told after the implementation.
