Terrible customer service Pros : The system is easy to use. I would love to have continued to use it....if they stood by what that tell you when you are purchasing the product and provide customer support, as they indicated. Cons : Do yourself a favor....DO NOT PURCHASE AN EPOS SYSTEM. They DO NOT stand by what they tell you, when you are purchasing their equipment. Their support after one year is HORIBLE. Zero Customer Service Arrogant Business Model More from Eposnow. They say they have called me several times. Technology does not lie. I have only one cell phone and there are no missed calls on my phone from any number anywhere. Beware of EposNow which should be renamed EposNever. Pros : Did not get a chance to use as they shipped me a defective product Cons : Did not work on arrival - waste of time. Was sent a defective product - did not have a chance to try out.
Bad Pros : I have had such a bad experience with this company I really cannot mention any pros. I would not recommend this product Cons : No customer service. Faulty products. I decided to send the product back after a week. I wound up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back.
Not worth your time When I asked for a refund for the months they charged for service the answer was no. Seriously if your considering eposnow just keep moving there are better systems out there. Pros : In theory, from the demo's, I liked the inventory management aspect. Being about to generate an order sku from within the system and when the order arrives you just scan the barcode and the product is entered. That was the best feature to me. Epos disaster They lost our complete inventory two months after opening the business. We have over 2000 products in our store. It was a nightmare trying to deal with them. We aren't happy with the service at all. Pros : Camera system integration with the point of sale is a good way to check on employees and transactions. Cons : Customer service is horrible. Find Something Else Spend the money and buy Quickbooks POS or something specific to your industry Pros : Liked the screen layouts and way system 'held' custom orders. Liked the customer support team even though None of our requests were met or resolved Cons : The way the system incorporated Taxes was horrific. System was a hybrid restaurant / retail solution but not specific to either. If you are a British business this may work I don't know, but for a US retailer this system is a problem. Horrible,Horrible,Horrible P.O.S system!!!!!! Pros : Cost and easy set up is a bout the only pro to this system. Was able to purchase system and get it install within a couple weeks. Cons : We purchased this system for our new restaurant 3 months ago. We have had problems from day one. Problems with the system communicating with the credit card company(that they recommended), which has resulted in bank accounts being off and customers getting charged multiple times on tips. not quite ready for prime time This product was originally designed for retail and they are trying to branch out into hospitality. They have a bunch of updates planned for release in July that are geared towards fine dining. The software just doesn't work for a quick serve. Pros : The hardware is good if you upgrade the ram.
