"Epos Now for new gift store" Pros: The product is really user friendly, and tracks inventory, payroll and taxes. Plus it keeps track of trending products, low stock items, and allows you to run promotions for specific time frames. Cons: I haven't figured out how to create a promotion that only applies if a customer brings in a coupon I've ran in the local paper. Example: Discount of 15% on any purchase of $35 or more. "Good experience with Epos Now" Pros: Great looking product, beautiful interface. Back office component is easy to navigate and robust. Easy to find all of the reports and data I need. A component in the back office allows you to suggest improvements to the software. We are a resale shop and this software fit my needs of being able to assign store credit to my customers. "Easy to use ..." Pros: The upload and learning how to use it was a breeze. Cons: Everything was good , maybe the fact that a lot of other hardware comes extra.
"Epos Review" Pros: I like the way that this software is organized! It makes it easy to keep track of my inventory, my customers, etc. Cons: The design could be a little better, but functionally it is great.
"Great software program!" Pros: This program is perfect for syncing multiple locations, managing inventory and keeping your accounting in line! Cons: Best bang for the buck! All encompassing software and the development team works with your business model to ensure that existing programs are integrated for optimal performance as well as facilitating your company's vision!
"Great Product and Service!" Pros: The Hybrid setup is great - even when the internet is down the system can still process all transactions quick and efficiently Cons: The reports could use a makeover - they're not so visually appealing, however they are easy to use and to customize.
"Extremely Helpful in Resolving any issue" Pros: When it came to uploading 20k+ items, epos made the process very simple, by sending over a spreadsheet. They caught and fixed a few problems I missed. Every time I encounter an issue even if it is not an epos problem directly, I have found them to be extremely helpful. Cons: Printing tags with the small epos printer was not efficient enough for our volume.
"Idaho City Grocery loves EPOS NOW" Pros: Easy to work with customer service is on point and compared to what we were using its a million times better. Cons: Learning how to use it isn't hardoing it just takes some time. That's not really a dislike because everything takes time.
"GREAT SYSTEM AWESOME SUPPORT " Pros: SWITCHING TO THIS SYSTEM FROM OUR PREVIOUS SALES SYSTEM WAS EASY AND SMOOTH. THE HARDWARE LOOKS GREAT AND IS EASY TO USE AS WELL. THE DELIVERY WAS TIMELY AND ALL THE SALES STAFF WERE HELPFUL. MY SUPPORT GUY KYLE WAS REALLY GREAT AT HELPING ME SETUP THE NEW SYSTEM. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR INVESTMENT. Cons: I HONESTLY HAVE NOT HAD ANY DISLIKES ABOUT THE SYSTEM, SO FAR SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING IT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GOOD.
