"Illegally taking money out of my account and refusing to return be aware money grabbing company " Pros: There is not much to like about this company Cons: I did all my obligation cancel everything on time still got charged for year in advance now they refusing to return my money 6 months later Overall: Frustrating and not getting answer for they mistake

"They are Scamming People" Pros: Nothing, they are useless. They are just scamming people. they Took money for terminal, payment processing. i told my requirements that I need invoicing, payment link, Virtual Terminal and pos machine. They said they all have it. After taking payment they said they cant verify my bank. Then I told to refund my money. After then I approved my account. "Appalling company and terrible equipment" Pros: Nothing at all this company is shocking in every way Cons: Unfortunately I've been stung twice by this company. First time I purchased their software and they didnt support the set up properly, sent me faulty equipment, cut contact once they had my money and overcharged me for support services I never purchased. "Poor Service" Pros: None poor service.. I havent use this then its hard to get my refund..Close account October 2022. Till debitting on my Bank Cons: Poor service .Always doing some follop ups Overall: Bad experience 5 mos of calling for my refund until now trying to reach and get it.

"Avoid this company especially if you are a small business " Pros: The back end of the software is user friendly. Cons: The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ended up sending a 6 page word document of all the emails and communications they ignored from me asking to help Epos Now didn't attempt to help set up or train us on how to use the product, we had to guess and when we asked for help we were ignored. We ended up having to ask our IT company who figured some of it out. The software continuously stops working or... read more

"Poor unreliable system. Card reader fails frequently. " Pros: Sales reporting is actually good, it gives you a breakdown of everything including modifiers. Cons: Unable to collect payment. On grand opening day, card reader failed. I called tech support to fix issue. It failed again a couple hours later. And every single day for the first week in business it failed.
