"No Trial Pay even if you cancel within a few days. " Pros: So upset with them charging me to cancel, I cant think of any. Cons: No Free Trial. I signed up and canceled a week later and they said there will be a cancelation fee. They always have to get back to you in several days. You wait for emails. no one to talk to. "Very Furious with a member of there support" Pros: Simple to navigate and easy to self teach. Cons: Customer service has been great up until recent. They have allowed someone other then my self that (which had authorization on the account) change information on the account without my approval. The effects have brought damage to my business. Overall: Overall, the software is great. Just protect your account because a support team can forget who has authority.

"Customer support was non-existent" Pros: It seemed reasonably priced and fully functioned from the material and salesperson. The numbers certainly seemed to work. Cons: We were never able to get the calendar and payment systems integrated despite dozens of calls/emails/support tickets and unkept promises. Onboarding was disastrous. They couldn't deal with the time zone differences between Europe and the US and the reps seemed to not know anything beyond the very basics of the system. "Bad Customer Service" Pros: There is nothing I like about this product I was promised something that does not work in NZ Cons: Their Customer Service and Sales Consultants who sold a product that was unavailable. Overall: Very bad customer service takes days to respond, unhelpful sales people who promised a product that does not work and who cut you off as soon as you have brought their product.
