"Hidden fees, broken promises" Pros: They don't really stand out above anyone else, so nothing really Cons: Fees, hidden charges, difficult customer service Overall: Horrible, difficult to use, customer services horrible, constant hidden charges on sales as well as use fees $$$$$

"Un gran error contratar epos now" Pros: Es fácil de usar ny al inicio es facil de implementar. Cons: Servicio a cliente. SI tienes un problema, jamás lo podrás resolver, solamente te cobran en automático y nadie se hace responsable por los errores. Overall: Pésima. Me arrepiento de haber contratado esto. Nunca contestan servicio a cliente, mienten con tal de vender.

"I am using it on everyday basis and from very beginning it started giving problems. " Pros: Looks great. That’s all. Nothing else. Doesn’t work as it supposed to. Too slow. Cons: Their customer service. It’s not helpful at all. I will highly recommend to not use this system.

"Disgraceful company " Pros: Nothing. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with Cons: Everything, Their customer service is horrendous, I’ve never experienced such incompetency in my life. 2 months in and I’m still now live and my issues keep getting ignored. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY AND AVOID AT ALL COST.

"Contact the BBB and your state Attorney General" Pros: Next to nothing! The people I spoke to at first were AWESOME! Then, once I paid, I got the WORST support. Cons: Horrible. Most of my scheduled calls were never met. They just didn't call for our set up appointments. They kept me on hold anywhere from 10-60 min. When things started to go south, they were harder to get in touch with. They are not holding up their end of the contract and want to charge me $500 to cancel my account. "Poor communication " Pros: I like that on the surface it appears to have all the functionality necessary for managing pricing and inventory of multiple locations from a corporate office. But once you aquire the system the problems seem to be endless and support is hopeless! Cons: Support is a joke! They promise to call back and never do. You make multiple requests for assistance and then some of the support team are inexperienced in the retail industry therefore unable to provide assistance or answers.
