"Do NOT Sign Up!! " Pros: Although they promised to have the hardware shipped to me in 3 days, we received the hardware in about 10 days. This was the most efficiant service provided...lol. Cons: No Customer Service, complete waste of money and time. Almost feels like a scam. Overall: The sales team made contact 4 - 5 times a day to sign up - everyday for a week.Finally reduced the price HUGELY to get me on board. "NONE EXISTENT Customer Service!!" Pros: Software overall was functional to our retail shop. Cons: Customer service was non existent. Apart from Sales, you can only get in touch with them through a web ticket which another reviewer have noted that they don’t reply to. They are only interested to talk to a new customer and a potential sale! In short they can’t be bothered and don’t care about the concerns of their existing customer. "rip off do not buy the hardware if they do not give you a free trial to see if it works dont buy!!! " Pros: nothing completely ripped off reporting to trading standards as promise made and broken from sales to customer care Cons: everything even a urgent service call is 48 call back Overall: terrible so bad im going to trading standards to report the company
"Feeling Scammed " Pros: There are not pros for me. Can't wait till this nightmare is over. Cons: I was tricked in a contract with the free trial and cheap POS they was giving a deal on, also they will go into your account without your permission. I say run and run fast to a company with integrity.
"Sold a lemon" Pros: I do not like much about them. Their customer service team answer their phones quickly or call you back quickly Cons: Their sales people lie about functionality to get a sale. The system does not manage stock. We've had to have 4 payment terminals replaced that stop working during busy periods. This is after the damage has already been done to our business. Overall: Quick to sell but fail to deliver
