"Epos THEN - Walk away - Not for a Retail Businesses" Pros: Not a great deal. Oversold on the product and way under delivered in terms of software and service. Cons: I was bombarded prior to purchasing, sales guy, tech support, literally on hand all the time BUT once you pay, GOODBYE! I was left high and dry with almost NO contact (as promised for onboarding) resulting in stores being closed for 3 days due to it not being correctly set up. "Don't do it." Pros: Nothing. I never even opened the boxes.. Cons: The primary problem I had was when they said it can integrate with Qb's. That is a far cry from integrating. They gave me a bunch of spreadsheets and tried to explain it but eventually said I needed to "figure it out". I put a lot of time and effort into making this work to no avail. "Run away from Epos now" Pros: "I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eposnow. Firstly, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. I had an issue with my POS system and it took days to get any sort of response from their support team. When I finally did hear back from them, they weren't able to resolve my issue and I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported.To make matters worse, the product arrived late, long after my business's opening day. "Do Not use Epos Now" Pros: I responded saying I use the system daily. I NEVER have. It sits in the box unopened. Cons: "Con" is a good descriptor. I purchased the hardware and system for my business. After being assured of all of the monthly costs and 'no hidden fees' - there have been nothing but. The sales rep can't answer questions regarding these fees and the clauses in the terms. Nor can the customer service rep that was suppose to onboard us. They referred us back to the other. "Poor poor poor devices" Pros: Has a mind of its own. Works when it wants to Cons: Everything. Handheld devices just freeze and cloud syncs itself. Payment system so slow even a snail can beat it. Overall: Setting up team is brilliant. But system just does not work atall

"Stay away" Pros: Software layout for the terminal is not terrible. This may work okay for some small retail businesses that do not have high volume and are running everything inside of ePOS Now with no integrations. Cons: I normally don't go out of my way to write a review, but if I can spare one person from buying this, I feel it is worth the time. "Terrible customer service long waiting times to get in touch with staff " Pros: Nothing keep away at all costs. Cons: Poor customer service. The accounting software is terrible and doesn't work. Long waiting times to get in touch with customer services and you are constantly passed to different members of staff problems never get solved. Overall: terrible service but we are stuck in a contract

"Probably the worst investment we have ever made" Pros: We never got the opportunity to see what we liked the most. Cons: The service once the hardware had been purchased. Overall: We purchased the hardware, waited and waited and waited for setup and initial training. Took so long for eposnow to organise we decided to opt or another provider who we have multiple outlets running their service. EposNow didnt take the new equipment back, or respond to our emails. Their lose i guess.

"Very bad customer support- never recommend" Pros: No any pros..very old system .not attractive compared to other system Cons: Nothing I like in epos . No any kind of good feature and there is no customer support. Cheat in payment and never get right answer for query Overall: Very bad not deserve any single star
