"Be careful when you choose an epos system" Pros: The equipment looks modern and smart, the software was ook, easy read and accessible. Cons: Payment! You cannot control it. Despite closing the account, you still get billed.There is no debit order you can control, they cleverly use the same account ordering Transport for London use, they have access and take money from your account as they please and all you can do is close your whole account and block it against normal merchant use. "Beware !! " Pros: Nothing at all !! All of this is terrible Cons: They change the amount for priceing and once you pay you are entered into a contract there is no cooling off period that’s how much they believe in there own system they like to trap you in it beware !!!! Overall: Shocking, terrible
"Run fast" Pros: Honestly if the system worked it would actually be quite good Cons: No communication between devices, constant cache clearing and cloud syncing. Main pos crashing multiple times through out the day. No back up. No explanation. General support non existent with people that genuinely don’t know what to say or do to help. A month later we still can't use till. Because the integration we were promised by the staff has still not been done. If you call technical support half the operators don't know what they are doing. "missed sold " Overall: not much as I was not able to use it due to I been advised the software will work with ib wifi but that note is true I just was missed sold, pulse forced me into a three-year care plane

"This company is a scam!" Pros: It seemed like it would work for us, but the customer service was TERRIBLE. The till software was slow and the management software has some major bugs. Cons: How slow it was and buggy. The load time for the till was over 30 seconds. Overall: Bottom line - run away as fast as you can.
